These last few times we've gotten food, its been disappointing. No horchata this time because last time there had to have been an entire cup of rice at the bottom. I was honestly surprised when he said tonight's meal had come from here. I was thinking El Mason or Iguanas in Plainfield. No chips for our salsa and the red and green salsas were nothing like how they regularly taste. It was like, after expansion, they get worse. I don't know if they got a new cook or what's going on.

Best salsa and horchata (when not chunky) that there is. I seriously want their salsa recipe and I love the meat variety for their tacos. The waitresses are always nice and keep up with your table very well. With that all being said, the only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that you really need to stay on top of your take-out order and make sure to check it before you leave. Usually have great food and good service. Last visit, one week ago, I ordered a 12 oz Ribeye and when it came, it was majority of fat and gristle. After dinner I asked to see the manager and showed him the plate of fat and gristle that I could not eat. I told him I was luck to get 6 oz. if meat from the meal. He seemed very disinterested in the whole episode and would give me a discount. He seemed unconcerned the I was served an inferior product. He gave me a 10 pct. discount which was around 5.80. so I still ended up paying over 17 dollars for and inferior steak. Tacos are inexpensive, and there are complimentary tortilla chips and salsa; so that won't cost much to try this place out. Our waitress only spoke Spanish, but she was polite, and communicated well otherwise. Three televisions were tuned to some international soccer game; no sounds here were loud when we ate here.
