The cole slaw was unavailable and they forgot two of my sides.when I arrived home I called the wrong KFC, which offered an additional meal for their mistake, which I appreciated especially since I waisted my time on the eve of the holiday. When I realized I was on the phone with throng one I called the correct stored and was treated rudely by Alicia which said she was the manager...I was told that they didn't have any chicken for me and that it was policy. To my understanding it is policy to give me what I paid for as well as it is to pay for what j receive or there will be consequences for not doing so. So if I have to pay for taking product without payment then it should be vica versa and they should pay for doing the opposite. They were rude and I will never return. I will also be posting this status on Google so that everyone knows how the company treats paying customers. She proceeded to say they are no longer making certain items. Like a chicken sandwich I asked why and they said because they do not want to. So from there I asked about tenders. And same response they don’t feel like making it. Now I’m getting upset because they are unwilling to do there jobs I asked what can they make. And from there I can hear another employee say let’s do only biscuits. So she stated she can have biscuits made for order. I then said it is fine I will order it online and have it done that way. She then they will still not take that order and reject it and said now you will have to wait for a refund. I then then went to order online and now they turned online order off. Overall the worst KFC around. The manager needs to be let go or go to a different job that requires less responsibility’s. We tried to go through the drive thru only to sit there for 5 mins without anyone saying anything we said hello a couple times with no response only for someone to yell on the speaker for us to "hold on we busy" we told them sorry we didn't know you didn't say anything and we just been sitting here their next response was that we didn't have to eat here and we could leave so we went inside to be treated rudely by management. We placed our order and noticed nobody was wearing gloves or hair nets and not washing their hands from coming back and fourth from outside. We asked for fresh fries and they acted like we asked them to borrow some money. Huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes. We asked for our money back.
