Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

When we arrived only one person was in line. Since the Taco Bell is also a Pizza Hut we tried to order a couple of supreme personal pan pizzas with no onions. The young lady at the register said that only one was baked, so we asked if they could remove the onions on two pizzas...and her response was they couldn't "unmake a pizza." OK, then, we understood and ordered as is, along with a pepperoni pizza and taco bell value meal. The value meal finally came up about 5 minutes later, without Doritos. When we eventually got someone's attention we asked for the missing chips. The fellow turned around and completely ignored the request. Finally I got the attention of the girl at the register and she reluctantly got the chips. Fifteen minutes later we were still waiting for pizzas. Meanwhile, three of the workers poked at the pizzas which had been cooked for at least 10 minutes and sitting out on the counter. Finally the pepperoni was handed out. It was cold, and consisted of dough, sauce and not much more. We had waited at least 20 minutes and no one would pay attention. I finally butted in line as the girl continued to take orders and asked her to get our meal. She said it wasn't her job...so we asked whose job it was. Of course, no one else would pay attention. Four people stood making other orders and not one would help. We asked the girl for a refund. She said it wasn't her job. Finally I made enough noise that the manager gave us a refund. We took the money and walked across the lot to KFC where we were treated kindly and served within minutes. I have never been to a restaurant with such poor service and management. As we sat at KFC we watched families and other customers walk out in disgust as well. I would highly recommend staying away from this restaurant until a complete change in personnel and...

They have very ignorant, non-professional employees. First the girl that took the order (Jamela) over charged me so when I got to the window I asked about the price and she said "It went up but its not out there." As she stood there with an attitude. Then I told her I wanted mild sauce and a cherry freeze (that I paid extra for with my meal). Upon receiving ky food she just handed it to me and closed the window, no nice day or anything. Upon leaving I noticed I received a strawberry freeze 1 pack of mild sauce with about 10 fiery hots! I proceeded to call the manager and I was told "She's busy call back after lunch" I called back shortly and the cashier from earlier answered. When asked if the manager was available she stated "I'll see" As she was giving the manager the phone I heard her say, "It's that girl from earlier from that one number she keep calling" When the manager got on the phone I immediately explained how ignorant and unprofessional all of the staff is that I spoke with and she had an attitude herself saying "Can I replace anything?" I told her absolutely not, I'd rather never eat there again. She continued with an attitude and paused without saying anything. I had to ask her if she had some feedback and she stated, "I was waiting for you to finish but they were probably having a bad day". Very unprofessional and rude. And they may not like their jobs but nobody told whats her name to spend her entire check on $200 braids. I would be pissed too but if u don't like your job, find somewhere else to work. Fast food or not you should ALWAYS...

I really hate that I have to give any rating for this location. This store is horrible!!!! As a doordash driver, I went through drive thru for my orders. I was told to pull up to the window. After waiting almost 12 minutes, the employee tells me I have to come inside, something that should've been told to me when I arrived in drive thru. Once inside, I saw five other doordash orders ready, but none were mine and was already supposed to be ready. There were also 4 other dashers waiting on their orders; some had been waiting for 30 minutes! When someone asked about the wait time on the doordash orders, an idiot employee said that they will not make any doordash orders until drive thru was empty, per their "policy"...an impossible task since they were very busy. I waited 45 minutes and never received my order. In addition, their lack of professionalism cost me two order cancellations, and I rejected a third that was from the same taco bell. I felt extremely bad about keeping my customers waiting. This store needs better management and a retrain or termination of every employee who lacks common sense, efficiency, and professionalism.
