Every time I come to this McDonalds they pull me up and make me park it doesn’t matter if I do a mobile order in advance or if I just go up there to order their excuse with the mobile order is that they don’t get the order on their screen until the customer arrives but still after that I have to wait in my car for no less than 15 minutes I ask for a refund they said go through the app.but by time they say that they have already cleared your order out the app . When they do pull u up it isn’t first come first serve. When they finally come out with your food they also come out with like 3 other peoples and they walk around looking clueless not knowing where what food goes the food isn’t fresh even if u have been waiting for 30 minutes its gonna be cold or a maybe if u get lucky it will be little warm so that shows there is a big lack of communication between the employees This past month they have started to put sticky notes on your window and they still come out looking clueless like they don’t know where the food goes also they will pull u up at 11pm knowing there is a lot of crackheads and a liquor store full of drunks next door so with that that’s putting mine and the employees safety at risk but clearly the Manager...
Read moreThe lady that handed our food to us was very very rude. When we went up to order three the drive thru we asked for a coffee with the sugar and cream on the side. We pulled up to the second window and didn’t receive the sugar or cream so my husband politely asked for the sugar and cream. Once the lady gave it to him she said “ next time order the stuff you want up front and I need you to move” my husband replied. “Why are you giving me an attitude, I did order the sugar and cream on the side”. Then she said to basically move cuz she has more order and started yelling at us and my husband spoke to the manager and she did nothing about it. I’m sure this is not the first time she does that because she did not even stop to think about what she was saying. When I picked up my order at the drive-thru, the sandwich I received contained only the griddle cakes—there was no bacon, egg, or cheese inside. I did not discover this until I pulled away and had to turn back around, which made me late and caused frustration, especially since the meal was for my children.
While I understand mistakes can happen, what concerned me most was the lack of attention and professionalism at the window. The employee had her back turned to me, texting with the window open. She handed me my bag without acknowledging me, and I also noticed other staff inside laughing and gossiping instead of focusing on service. There was no sense of urgency, which is disappointing for what should be “fast food.”
