A very good family friend (basically family) who hosts several parties and events saw that I like to do little reviews wanted to take me out and about for my birthday as a late birthday gift and she really approved of this spot and considers it her regular stomping grounds. The 1st stop you get to is check point! Which is a great security measure and the security guards are friendly guys. There was a $10 cover charge and then you're fitted with a stylish wrist band. I love how much space there is for plenty of folks to get their groove on the dance floor while also having ample places for people to sit and eat, which brings me to the food. I ordered the sausage and pepperoni pizza with a sprite and Sis ordered the fried wings and fries with a DRANK! So the bar is set up very nicely and there is a smoothy-like machine right up front to make the frozen drinks and there's a very wide scale variety of drinks, I was tempted to get a wine cooler but I was driving! Back to the food. The wing and fries were so fresh and hot that it took several minutes for them to cool down enough to handle and when she did bite into one, you could see the steam coming from it and the taste was definately on point!! That crunch, that flavor...order to go please!! The pizza...they did have to admit that there were issues with baking it, they had to remake it and when I did get the order it was a little bit over cooked on the top but the flavor of the pizza and the pizza itself was very good and I'm a pizza chick! I still took it home and finished it the next day. Staff was nice and friendly, owned by a wife and husband team (very beautiful) they were awesomely humble and you can tell they all work hard at it, this review does them no justice but I would recommend to pay them a visit, have some down to earth fun inside and watch one of the many big screens and move to the music or catch some fresh air outside on their beautifully decorated enclosed patio and if you're celebrating, you can reserve VIP spots in either area. I went to this Bar and Grill for the first time on Super Bowl Sunday and I had to wait several hours and still did not receive my food. My friend got her food before me and we ordered at the same time. I was told the cooks left and they only had one person to cook, but this is still unacceptable. I feel before you advertise an event at your place of business you should have better waitresses because the waitress I had did not know anything about being a waitress because she did not know how to simply take orders, yes that simple. They should have had her answering the phone instead of being a waitress. When my food did not come the old man who clean up told the waitress to give me my money back, I said I didn’t ask for my money back but he said “ you are being smart with me” I’m not sure how the trash man have any authority to make management decisions, just because I simply asked him why my food did not come out the same time my friend food came out? As a business owner myself the customer service was horrible and I will not go back because I believe employees and business owners should have exceptional customer service to run a successful business. One of my pet peeves is bad customer service. I refused to spend my money with a business like this, so I left. I went to This spot on October 19,2024. I attempted to use the ATM and my card got stuck in the ATM . So after a brief delay they was able to get my card out . I started a tab with the bar tender and what I didn’t know at the time once right after I paid my tab Someone starting making transactions at Walmart.com and target.com and little sites like that . The reason I know they stole my card information is because I never (very rare ) use my corporate credit card . I really only use it when I rent cars because of some of the benefits. While I don’t know if they have a skimming device in the ATM or did the bar tender just wrote my information down . I wanted to contact law enforcement, hire a private investigator or attorney and get to the bottom of this but I am okay with letting Bank of America deal with it . Also this could have been just an isolated incident with me as a target could have placed on my back . You can’t go to certain places with 4k worth of designer on and jewelry that cost more then some people cars and homes so I blame my designated driver who took me there in the first place .
