Working with Jackie has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first interaction, she made it clear that I wasn’t just another client or name on a list—she treated me like a priority, a person, and someone worth showing up fully for. Could not have asked for a better dining group experience at PF Chang’s Keystone, Crossing, Indianapolis! On Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025 I celebrated earning my master’s degree with a group of 28 friends.

Prior to the dinner, I worked in advance planning the evening with Raymond Rains, sales manager. He was friendly yet professional, attentive to my dining wishes, responded quickly, and very accommodating. Raymond provided suggestions of various appetizers and entrees for large groups. I chose the house salad, three apps (lettuce wraps, veggie spring rolls, and pork dumplings), followed by four entrees (orange chicken, kung pao shrimp, beef with broccoli, and fried rice with chicken). All the apps and entrees were absolutely delicious!! My friends commented how fabulous the food was and serving sizes were more than enough. The lettuce wraps were delicious as always, the veggie spring rolls were flavorful and crisp, and the orange chicken was tasty without being too “orangey,” lol. Shout out to the staff for the excellent pacing between courses as well; superbly timed!

Near the end of the evening, staff asked my husband what the purpose of the celebration was for and they brought out beautiful sparklers with a tasty key lime concoction for dessert. Our servers, Nathan and Jacqui, were amazing, hard working, and kind, and truly helped make my evening a memorable, magical experience! Cocktails were good as well.

I could not have selected a better restaurant for my large group dinner! I am grateful for how wonderful the food and service were, and highly recommend working with this restaurant for your group dining experience. I definitely will plan another event at this P.F. Christopher at the Keystone Indianapolis, Indiana location was a stellar waiter. The BEST service we have received in the Indianapolis area in 15 years.

As soon as we sat down Christopher treated our family like we were the “family of the day!” no joke! First, he was patient with our 8 year old daughter when she was thinking of what she wanted to drink. He connected with her over the Maneki Neko cat on the menu. And that really turned her (obvious) frown upside down! We were gifted with our very own Maneki Neko cat and we had a celebration to commemorate it’s birthday with our family, complete with sparkler at our table and a silly birthday song! Christopher told us about the Maneki Neko museum in Ohio as well. I could not contain my joy at his “Disney Basics” during our meal with you all. Come to find out when we spoke to Steven, his manager at the end of our meal, that Christopher was in fine-dining for many years AND IT SHOWED! please allow me to express just how this experience was so very special to us. My husband works overnights and a lot of overtime as a nurse and we don’t get much time out together as a family. We are beyond glad we decided to share it with the Keystone P.F.
