Rally's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I've never had issues with this location until now. I went to order a quarter pounder and the lady at the register said it doesn't come with fries when I pull around to get them I check and there's fries in there so I'm thinking okay they mixed it up no biggie(mind you she already messed up by forgetting my extra side of fries) I get back in line and I tell her that I dont think this is the right one I was very calm and nice and the lady handing out food on the other side aid that's the quarter pound of bites rudely and brushed me off. and I say we'll the lady on the register said it doesn't come with fries. This lady proceeds to turn around walk away to a very nice man working there and says with attitude " can you come tell her that this is the quarter pounder" pointing at me the person explains that the lady at the register said I could get one but it already comes with it. Which is a lie. I had a whole conversation with the lady at the register and she indeed told me it doesn't I even asked 2x my boyfriend even heard it too. The lady giving out the food was acting rude, ghetto, and out of line. She should not have acted the way she did. She could've explained kindly and just apologized for the mistake. Because I had a conversation with that other lady and that's what i was told. I was just confused and wanted my correct order based on what I was told I didn't think it was. I never get into it with people in the food business because I know how customers can be but I was acting politely. I didn't catch her name but the owner of this Rally's should really think about talking to their employees about what the menu actually is and how to behave with customers. What's with the nasty attitude it's not going to get her anywhere.It's just rallies. It was a mix up deal with it correctly and move on. This all happened April...

Tried the rallys $5 meal deal, went to the 3801 N College, no one was in the parking lot or in the drive thru line, the girl at the window taking orders had poor customer service skills, we had asked for 4/$5 meals with ketchup and ranch. We were asked to pull up to a different window as we couldn't pull in front of the store to wait for our food we pulled up to the pick up window, before that a car had pulled up to the pick up window we then got behind them to wait for our food. The food took 15 minutes or so to get to us which is fine we were in no rush. A new employee handed us our food out of the back door by the kitchen area. I checked out our food and we were missing just 1 small fry and the ketchup and ranch. We are still waiting behind someone in line at this point. So we wait for the car in front of us to leave to pull up the window and get our small fry and ranch and ketchup when we were greeted by who seemed to be the manager he wore a forest green polo, glasses and had dreadlocks named Bill asked what was wrong because I had told the same employee who was delivering the orders out of the kitchen door that we were missing a couple of items in a very calm manner. I told Bill I was missing a small fry and needed ketchup and ranch cuz I didn't get any he told me I needed to ask for it which I did when I ordered the food, and again at the window, Bill proceeded to tell me he bagged the order himself and he put the fries in the bag. There's no reason for me to try and get a free fry. He then started calling me a liar. I'm not sure what his problem was but I wish I could give them a negative rating. Today my order took 30mins. I was told to park on the side because they had to drop my boneless wings...13mins later the cashier comes outside to take a break and sees me waiting so she walks up to my car and ask "are you waiting on something" as if she wasnt the one who told me to park in the first place. I gave her my order and she said it was coming up. 10mins later no food, so I actually went to the window and the same cashier, who acted as if she just did not come to my car 10mins ago, said "yes, how can I help you....she was really trying to take my order!! I asked if my order was ready and ofcourse it still wasnt. I waited at the window for 3mins just for them to not even have my fries in the bag. When I told them I was missing my 3 large fries (which you would think they were actually looking at the orders they take as they are making the food)...but I had to wait 4 more minutes for my fries to be dropped...meanwhile all these ppl are coming and going through the drive thru. THE WORST EVER. The cashier did however give me a free large sprite for my trouble...the only problem is she didnt ask if I actually liked sprite and she stated "I dont know if you like sprite but here you go for your wait".....wow!!! I waited 30mins for some bonless wings just for the wings to not even be cooked all the way! There is no number to call and complain.
