We were on a road trip with our Motorcycles with friends, pulling trailers, behind our bikes when our friends trailer took a bad hop and broke a shock mount. Solution: a little trailer, to put their trailer in so we could continue our vacation trip. He found Harbor Frieght had one, but it needed to be assembled. The manager Nicki was so incredibly helpful. She got it out back and showed us that we could assemble it behind the store and checked on us to make sure we were OK. Kuddos go out the a crew working behind HF, who also came to our rescue and offered us the use of some of their cordless power tools. Best thing is, we were able to assemble that 3x4 trailer in about an hour. Then we went to retrieve their trailer. The Harbor frieght trailer pulled beautifully behind his trike! Read moreThere are harbor freights all over the country. Literally. But this is a newer store, and it's bright and clean. It's been nearly 6 months since I've been in there, having dealt with a problem with the assistant manager. And I went in again 2 days ago, and he remembered me by name. In a pleasant way. Read moreI wanted to buy a 15.00 pack of screwdrivers. I waited in line for 20 minutes when somebody opened another register. I went to ring up my stuff and she asked for my phone number. I said "No thanks. I don't want to be on any lists." she kept repeating "Phone number". I finally gave a fake number. She then wanted name and address. I repeated " I don't want to be on any lists." She continued insisting. I finally told her I would walk out if she didn't just ring me up and take my money. She repeated "Name and address." I left and bought my screwdrivers at Lowes for less. I don't understand how they stay in business. Maybe, Judging by the reviews, it's the cheap crap and the bad return policy that I keep reading about in the other reviews. I'm a loyal Lowes customer because of...
