Just went through this taco bell. Big Mistake. First of all their lobby is closed with no sign to say so or even why. I don't care much about the way but at least put a sign saying the lobby is closed.
Second don't ever ask them to remake something because they will sabotage your food. I got Cinnabons and they were stale, as in sat there for HOURS stale. Went back around and go new ones, gave them the old ones. Took one bite and almost immediately threw up in my car. They decided it would be funny to douse the entire new pack in both the cinnamon sugar and SALT. Mind you, the same person who gave me my order the first time, took the old stale Cinnabons, and gave me the new ones was the exact same person who made them. She had the sugar coating her gloves and everything. So she put salt on them just because they needed to be remade. If she was making chips there is a possibility it was an accident but I doubt it.
Then when I called the store, the guy who answered tried to say there was no salt. Sir, I've worked at a Taco Bell before, not even a short span, it was a few years. I know what the sugar looks like, taste like, and how they're supposed to be made. Hell I know what it smells like!
Moral of the story, this place needs shut down or completely new staffing. DO NOT COME...
Read moreI work 3rd shift and came through here around midnight on Saturday night/Sunday morning. There was a car at the window and one pulled up to the drive thru in front of me. Once I got to the intercom I was told to wait a minute. The girl taking orders apparently didn't know how to turn off her mic. When she finally took my order I ordered a nacho bell grande and a cheesy gordita crunch, no drink. Easy enough. The car in front of me pulled forward and had to wait for someone to bring out food. When I got to the window, I greeted the girl with a smile and said hello. She didn't smile back or greet me; just stated what I owed, took my money and returned my change and receipt with no further acknowledgement. After a few minutes she did politely ask me to pull up and wait for my food ("Could you please pull forward, love?"). It actually wasn't too long of a wait when she brought out my food. Again no words spoken, just handed me a sack and walked back inside. I opened the sack and found a crunch wrap (not even a supreme!) & another item I didn't recognize. I decided to just forget it and moved on. Ate the crunch wap, but not the other thing. On a positive note there were tons of napkins and mild sauce. Definitely not the best Taco Bell at midnight on a Saturday night. I guess I expect...
Read moreThis location is absolutely horrible. It's happened to me TWICE now where I've driven in the drive thru at around 7:45 AM to get breakfast (they open at 7 AM, so they should have been open for almost an hour at this point.) No one answers. I called the store to make sure the hours hadn't changed, nope, just some rude attitude from the girl who answered the phone about how they werent open because her manager had to go to another store to get something they were out of. The other time I went there I kept trying to order stuff only to be told they couldn't make the thing I wanted because they were out of whatever ingredient. It's really ridiculous. The manager of this store has a piss poor attitude and needs to be fired. They honestly just need to overhaul their entire crew. The Taco Bell down the street in the same little strip as Wendy's and McDonalds is MUCH better. The kids that work there are friendly and I've never been told they were out of something or plain ignored for 20 minutes at a time. I know its just fast food, but come on. This is pathetic...
