Tiff's Love Butta & Soulfood Seafood — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Came into Indy from Illinois for the Colts game. My buddy has been wanting to try this place out. I had never heard of it, but it looked amazing, so I was down! We pulled up around 7:30 to Circle City Eats. At first, we were unsure whether we were in the right place. I believe it's a commissary for restaurants, but not 100% sure. We walked in the front door, and it's a small white room with 3 touch screens and what looks like lockers on the wall. You can place your order at 1, and the other 2 are for order pick up. It's really simple and smooth to operate. We placed our order there, and it was ready in 20 minutes! Everything was AMAZING! Crab legs, shrimp, corn, boiled eggs, and potatoes. All with a side of Tiff's Love Butta! Sure, we could have purchased a cheaper meal off her menu, but we want what we want! The only thing better than the food was the service and hospitality given to us by Tiff herself! Her friendliness and accommodating aura would lead me to patronize her establishment even if the food wasn't top notch! I found this from an ad on Instagram and I was so excited. It would have helped to know this was set up like the Amazon lockers. This is not a traditional restaurant where you sit down and eat your food. Be warned this is very automated... Now this is not a bad thing. But ordering your food online or on a kiosk is how you make orders. With that being said I'm pretty tech savvy I had no problems. The food came quick.. My friend who was with me ordered his online a few minutes later. His food was delivered maybe 15 minutes after mine. Now I have to say the food was okay. It is not some amazing make you want to go back and talk to the chef great. But the food is okay. I have to admit it's a lot of butter. To the point your food is soaking in butter. Flavor-wise crab boils have way more flavor. But it is very much so seasoned. Like I said I would never call this food nasty. But I will say it's okay. I probably won't go back because the food was just okay. This is more pricey food also. Overall not a bad experience. Oh when I got home I did realize I ordered corn and eggs but I didn't receive...

I ordered off door dash, so I decided to pick up in person this time! Me and my friend had just picked up our order and we're waiting outside for our Uber. There was a group of black men chilling at a table outside the establishment. While we were waiting a woman walked up really rude and said whoever smoking weed to stop. No one was smoking weed we all had smoked cigarettes which there is no sign that says no smoking weed or cigarettes first of all. The men then gently explained along with myself that no one was smoking weed. She got irate about repeating herself over and over again. So the gentlemen clearly were getting irritated so they got in their car. I kindly explained to the lady that she was being rude. Mind you I'm a manager I know customer service. She said she was the owner then told me I bought Haitian food which I didn't I purchased from this place.
