I am an active retired lady always looking for quality restaurants . During these times take out and reliable delivery is what is important to me . Often quality customer service can be hit or miss. Receiving personal attention and consistent courtesy is something many of us don’t always experience. I rarely write reviews but I have found the best delivery and quality provider of excellent fresh food at ClusterTruck. Of course no one wants to cook every night unless it is their passion . I am a bit jaded about cooking , and as am now free and retired I don’t have to! I confess when I moved to an area that had this dynamic business I wasn’t expecting how singular and effective their system of food preparation, relating order information to customers , and even letting one know through upbeat texts when their driver will be there . They relate to customers in a visual way no others can come close to . I am kept informed when my order is received and how long it will take , when they cook the food and lastly , when to about the minute you will have it delivered . Have a problem with the order ? On that rare occasion they make it right.Their chef actually emailed me to ask how everything was. They are interested with customer service in a very innovative friendly style . I appreciate that. The food is fresh ,well prepared and offers a good variety. Their fried rice is not greasy ; they make a great Caesar salad and the breakfasts are lovely . I like Asian and they have a nice Pad Thai. Again not greasy . Great chocolate chip cookies that could come from am artisanal bakery . Their are many favs people have and my daughter in law loves the Vietnamese noodle bowl with a wonderful looking steak. Pizza is solid , but I hope sometime they will allow us who want light cheese to have a way to order less . There app is senior friendly and easy to browse . Ok you can see I love it . We were downtown celebrating my birthday, yay birthday! We wanted to grab a quick snack before heading to the canal, and I have come across this place in a recent google search... sooooo! Off We went!

Unfortunately we can not tell you a whole lot about this neat little place because we didn't order very much. We got an order of tater tots, the hummus, and an order of warm pita bread.

The tots looked delicious, I did not have any, but my son said they were perfect. Just the right amount of crisp, but he did want a tiny bit of salt for them. They came with a side of sour cream.

The hummus comes in a container very similar that you would buy in a grocery store, so there is quite a bit of it. & it was yummylicious!! Seriously, for just a plain hummus, it was delicious!

The warm pita bread was indeed warm and also delicious!

The only thing that was a little odd to us was when we pulled up to get the food (there is a door on the side of the building where an employee comes out to your car) she told us to park that it wasn't quite ready yet. Okay, cool, we park. Sooo, we're watching our order progress online when it says that Frank has your order and will meet you in the lot. There is a guy parked up at the door in the line to pick up your orders. He is Frank. They gave him our order, and he also seemed confused as his got out of his vehicle and walked the 15 feet to our car.. we were all a little perplexed, lol But, the bag was sealed, and...

ClusterTruck is the real deal! It’s a cut above your regular take-out food as it’s like receiving a home cooked meal. What I love is that the food is fresh and well prepared. There is a wide variety of choices for even the most discriminating eater such as myself who doesn’t eat red meat or pork. Their easy app sees where you are or previous order location and starts the process. Scan the menu, make your selection, and watch the process from order, to preparing, to cooking to order is on the way with detailed description of deliverers vehicle and their name. If there is a mishap or question on or about your delivery the driver will call promptly for further instruction.

ClusterTruck has really been a godsend for me. I know I can get a great meal for a fairly reasonable price, well prepared and contained in its packaging, and stapled closed in its paper bag. The delivery staff are always friendly and courteous! What’s really cool is seeing your meal on the app being delivered street by street. I’ve had a guy on a bicycle deliver a few times and to track him going through Veterans Park heading to my location at the Indiana War Memorial was interesting! It doesn’t get more thorough than this from method of ordering to meal. The downtown location is the only one I can order from while I’m at work but if there were one in the Whitestown/Zionsville area I’d probably order even more often. Great food and...
