Tinker Coffee Co. Roastery — Restaurant in Indianapolis

So I stumbled into Tinker on a Monday afternoon. Turns out that I was in a secret Santa pool with a bunch of yoyo kids... I know, hear me out. I personally don't drink coffee, but my recipient is a pretty big fan. So I thought to myself, where do I start? I punched in local coffee in the old Google and found Tinker. Completely unsure of what awaits me, I dropped by at my earliest availability. I walked in, and was pleasantly surprised. A warehouse setting that was clean, smelled of nice coffee and full of people who love doing what they do. Talks of blends, makers, and other fancy stuff I wasn't familiar with. I didn't ask the nice gentleman his name, but like a tourist I am sure I looked lost. They were all pleasant, and honestly, I have a few friends I really need to show this place to. This is not a coffee shop where you order fancy drinks. It’s literally the Roastery. They have the BEST coffees I have ever tried. I thought I disliked coffees from Africa, but it turns out I had not tried the right ones and brewed them the right way too. Chelbasa done in the Aeropress is out of this world. I also get the monthly subscription sent to my house which is darn near life changing. Delicious coffee beans delivered to my house. The staff is also very friendly too. There are numerous coffee roasters in Indianapolis, however I have yet to find any that make as good of a cup as tinker coffee co. I would highly recommend this place for getting the best and most interesting coffee roasts. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly even going as far as giving me free filters when they were out of stock, tinker coffee roasters is easily one of my favorite things about Indianapolis.
