Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I suffered a string of horrible experiences here trying to get their breakfast menu.

Monday, I arrived at 7:00 AM. I don't know how it is here, but most places I've known are ready to go, all items ready, the minute that the store is open. I saw people walking in at 6:55 AM, which was a bad sign. When they finally answered the board, I placed an order for their biscuit taco. The chicken was not going to be ready for another 15 minutes.

Tuesday, I arrived with some wiggle room, keeping in mind that they seem to drag their knuckles a little. 7:15 AM, didn't even get greeted at the board. Drove by the window, made eye contact with someone inside, so I drove back around. Still no answer.

Wednesday was the nail in the coffin. 8:00 AM, I go through the line, place the order for a Biscuit Taco and a Cruchwrap. I get to the window, I give them my card, my payment is processed. It's at this time that they inform me that they're holding ingredients and I have to wait for my order. Informing them I didn't have time to wait, they insisted on finishing my order and making me wait for the food. I drove off, because as I'd explained, I didn't have the time to wait nor the time to wait for them to undo this payment.

I don't know what the problem is with this restaurant, but up until the week I'm describing, I hadn't had any issues with this location. But as it stands, it's terrible and I won't be going back there until...

My fiance came to this restaurant and here’s her thoughts: This taco bell is the worst I have ever been to. I never write reviews but the abysmal service this taco bell provided to me this evening has compelled me to write this one. First and foremost, the person at the drive thru was rude for no apparent reason. Im not old enough to be a karen but come on. they couldn’t hear me through the speaker so they kept getting mad. They also got mad that I asked if they had apple pay. That’s not even the worst part though. Im no food critic but the 3 cheese roll ups and 2 chicken quesadillas I purchased all had bits of lettuce in them. It makes sense for a stray piece to be in one every now and then but you can tell that they must not be keeping their kitchen tidy or their gloves changed. If I wanted lettuce in my food then I would have ordered it in it. Not to mention that the cheese wasn’t even melted in most of the food I ordered. Are they even using their steamer for the cheese roll ups??? I shouldn’t have to open my food up to see whats inside of it before I eat it, lest I be surprised by something. Cheese was sticking off of the roll ups as if it had been carelessly thrown together. In conclusion, if you really want taco bell, don’t go to this one. I would rather pay whatever small fee for doordash or drive a little farther to get it from some other location. Rest assured, I will not be returning...

The very first thing I noticed was how dirty the floors were and the trash laying about. Employees were rude to an elderly couple that were having a difficulties using the kiosk. There's a sign on the bathroom door that says bathroom is for paying customers only, so i then decided to have my lunch there. On the kiosk, I selected dine in. My food was given to me in a to go bag nearly fifteen minutes later. They seemed to be struggling to keep up with the few customers present.So I made no issue about it. I then asked for the key to the bathroom in which the sign On the bathroom door instructed. I was told by a gentleman Behind the counter that The restroom was still down. He had a look on his face that it was obvious that he was lying. I told the gentleman that I didn't mind to use the women's and and he inform me once again that the "men's" restroom is out of order. It seemed clear to me that he reminded me of the "men's" restroom Being out of service because of The feminine attire in which I was wearing. Being nonconfrontational, I decided to just leave and take my meal to go since it was already in a to go bag anyway. On my way home I opened up the first item in the bag closest to the top and when I attempted to bite into it, The potatoes in the taco was hard as a rock. And punctured my gums. My visit.
