If I could give zero stars I would. It has been 3 days and I'm still waiting on a refund from a double charge for food that was not what we order using the online mobile app. I've been waiting for a manager to call me back to handle this grievance but every time I call customer service they tell me, someone will call you and I never get a call. At this point I am mad that corporate can hire unqualified people to do a job that requires some type of common sense. I'm so hurt and feel like I've been robbed, I feel helpless and Wendy's hasn't did anything to help correct this!!! I order a Avocado salad, it came with no dressing and no Avocado, the salad looked like someone created something in their home kitchen. My husband order the New Jalapeño Cheeseburger and received a chicken bacon sandwich, we got all the way home to find this out after the cashier Jana told us she didn't know how to work the mobile order app and demanded that we pay her again in the drive thru line after I showed her that the mobile order said paid. She followed up with call Wendy's after I was concerned about being charged twice!! After all of that I never would have thought that the Wendy's employees would get my order totally wrong!! In the past I told myself I wouldn't visit this establishments again after I slip and fell after they mopped and was giving free food not to complain but now I am thinking I should have talk to a lawyer, even if I was hurt maybe it would have shaken up Wendy's to change policies or give employee training. Read moreI visited 16th and shadeland in Indy July 19th at about 930pm. I ordered 2 avocado blt combos.. That is a great sandwich but on that night at that location I had one of my worst dining experiences ever. The grilled chicken was cold and tasted under cooked. The service there was worse... The cashier kept saying loudly that she was ready to leave, more concerned about leaving than giving good service. I asked to eat in the dining room but was given paper bags. The cashier said everything was being bagged because the lobby was getting ready to close. Some shadowy guy kept walking around our table... It's like this guy ,who appeared to be an employee though I'm not sure, seemed as if wanted us to hurry up and leave. As if bad food and bad service weren't enough there were approximately 4 drink selections available in the drink machine (the big red one with dozens of drink selections ). When I asked if a particular drink was available behind the counter I was basically ignored until I pressed to issue. One employee, the one responsible for handing out the dinning room orders sat in the dinning room on her phone.... Likely why it took so long to get my oder and it being cold but not sure. I was not given a receipt or I would have given more identifiers about my visit. On November 3, 2024, following a concert, we visited this location and encountered several issues. Our order was incorrect, and after being asked to pull up past the window, we waited for five minutes before the window attendant, who was noticeably short and impolite, brought us our food. We immediately informed her that we had ordered a large drink instead of the small cup she had provided. Without a word, she returned inside. After six cars had passed and 15 minutes, she still had not brought our large drink. I reversed back to the window to remind her, and she handed me two small drinks without any explanation. It is possible that they had run out of large cups, but a simple explanation would have sufficed to avoid frustration. Additionally, our order was missing apples, and when we inquired about them, she simply stated, "Oh, no, we don't have any apples." Consequently, we had waited in our car for fifteen minutes without being informed about the unavailability of apples or large cups.
