Wendy's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I'm a creature of habit so I always get a jr albacon cheese burger. However today the fries were ice cold the nuggets were like warm if that. And they forgot to give me my drink. And to put the cherry on top. I walk back in after already realizing my food was cold they promly remade it. And I drove away only for 6-7 minutes later I realized I didn't have my drink so I returned and asked for it. I received a crazy look but no words. After the drink was made in drive thru and handed to me who I can only assume was the general manager whom is a man walks up front and says don't we have drinks up front because I didn't use the drink machine but then he continued I never paid any attention to where he went. But I'm pregnant so I decided to use the restroom before I left. Not seeing any other customers in the lobby I thought it was weird the bathroom door was locked but I waited. And out comes this big man out of the women's restroom. I was confused so my first thought was to see if someone was in the man's restroom and it wasn't. So why would the general manager be in the women's restroom. If lead by example was failing anywhere. I can be assured it...

Was worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and I was wasn't even the customer. I was working for door dash and had one order that went poorly due to dinning room being locked and drive thru only option. All with seven staff members seen "working" threw drive thru window. I then had to return for 2 additional orders. Upon returning I was obviously shorted an item with an order and was told, "No it's in there" very rudely. Before I left I opened bag and checked, which you are not suppose to do, but found out I was right. After being told, "To get to the back of the line with my complaint," four cars deep and 15 mins later I was told by manager, "I put other item in there you must have eaten it." To keep from becoming Tic Tok famous for a crazy thru camera beating. I informed the manager, "To remake the fu($ meal and I'll paid for out of my pocket so we don't short her customers." All in all customer's and my additional payment made them close to $75 in less then an hour and they seemed upset, rude, and unwilling to work for it. NEVER...

The food was good, but the manager was kind of rude. I bought 2 large chilis and I asked for some chili sauce packets to go in the 2 LARGE chilis. When they handed my bag I had already asked for the sauces twice, yet they handed me the bag with none in there. I had to ask for a third time, and manager handed the cashier Around 4 sauces. The sauce packets have hardly any sauce in them to begin with so I needed around 5 per chili. I asked the manager could I get more and she told me "ABSOLUTELY NOT". She refused to give me any more. I then offer to pay for the sauce packets which couldn't have cost more an 2 or 3 cents per packet and the manager told me to give her a dollar which I did, she preceded to give me 4 ketchup size packets of the chili sauce. I told her that wasn't enough for a dollar and she told me " if you don't like it, you can give me the food back". I told her to give me my dollar back and the cashier did so and I left. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. I won't be going back to this location specifically...
