We order our food on Friday May 6th at 9:30pm. We were advised that the food would be out to us by 10:45 pm we ordered a full entree Italian salad, 14” inch works pizza , and 10 mild Buffalo wings - 2 ranch packets, one Italian sauce , and 4 cheese cups. .when the order was placed the representative that took our order confirmed our address correctly. When the delivery was sent out the driver went to the wrong location . The driver stated on the phone that the representative at the restaurant gave him the wrong address. When the driver arrived to the correct location - the pizza was cold, the four cheese cups were missing , and the lid was missing off the salad. This was extremely unprofessional . We then called the restaurant Saturday May 7th, and spoke with the General manager David Sharpe. David searched our order and confirmed our meal , and wanted to make the situation right . He offered to send out the same order with everything we asked for and on time . David stated that our order will be out to us at 7pm . After an hour half passes we called the restaurant to see what was delaying our order and could not get through. We then called every 30 mins from there and no luck speaking with no one . We were then left without food that was promised to be Delivered. Today, I called Donatos - and David pick the phone up , I then asked David what happen to the meal that was promised to be delivered . He responded , oh the driver was out with your food and couldn’t find where you live ,-so I just refunded your money back . This was not what we requested , we have done business with donatos for years and love the food . David was very rude and stated he had too much going on to call us about our order , and forgot to follow back up with us on what is going on . I then asked David why didn’t he call me today; and he could not answer the question and continue to make excuses about why he has not fulfilled what was promised . We are very upset customers, and probably won’t ever eat at Donatos again which is sad . We honestly ( just wanted David to make it right , and resend our order. I asked when I will receive a refund he sad he is not sure when it will come . This needs to be addressed immediately. The poor customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced . I'm only giving it 2 stars because once when we got delivery it was on time and everything was right. Every other time I've done carry out and it has always been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I officially give up on this place. I used to try to go every few months because we love Donatos and I was hoping they'd fire everyone in there up to the managers and start over. I can't even begin to tell you about each experience here but they've included everything from long wait time, never making the order to no sauce on the pizza, etc. This last experience was the icing on the cake. We get there to the pick up window and the lady says they are behind over some $300 tip error or something like that, and that it will be another 7 mins to get our pizza because they never made it (2 topping medium pizza btw). She gave us free drinks to make up for it and told us she would bring it out personally, so I, being pretty patient, was like no worries that's fine. Stuff happens right? So we pull up and wait....I'm not kidding when I say 3 sets of 7 mins went by. On the 4th set my patience was pretty much gone. So I decide to drive back around. The girl who originally helped us must've left. No other staff must've been informed that we were back there waiting because when we pulled up, the staff looked confused the entire time, forgot part of the order, and all they could say was sorry about that. If I hadn't have already paid I would've left. Not to mention they didn't put sauce on our pizza after all that!!!! Read moreI ordered a pizza that was part of a special for a large pizza plus a order of chicken wings plus an additional wing. When the deliver person delivered my order was missing the chicken wing with the special. I contacted the manager and she stated that I didn't order this, I stated I did and that this happened yesterday. I stated when you select the pizza order with the special it adds it to the cart incorrectly and can you send the wings she stated no you will have to pay for it. I stated but this is what is advertised in the special online and when you call the phone. There clearly was a glitch if this happened two days in a row. The manager was adamant about not fixing or finding a solution. She was rude and clearly not a leader. The staff was loud and cursing. I've visited this location several times only because it is close to my house. I will never go to this location again. I did ask for the regional or store owner number. I will follow up with a complaint with him as well.
