Worst phone store I have ever had the displeasure to enter. Can I give them a minus 5 stars? Don't waste your time entering the building because their motto is...go to the store on 96th street because we are not a corporate store. i am currently on the phone with T Mobile corporate because this location has the exchange phone that is mine, according to corporate they signed for the phone the corporate offices had shipped there for me.....but they refuse to give it to me, they actually denied it was even in the store. After an hour on the phone with T Mobile they give me the tracking number and name of the person, Aaron who signed for my phone at this location. Then corporate tells me they have talked to this location and I need to take the tracking number and go back to this location to pick up MY phone. This store not only denies me my property, they deny the phone was sent to their location, they look at the tracking number but will not answer if anyone named Aaron works there and they flat out denied that anyone from the corporate T Mobile contacted them about my phone. And that's it, so I am on the phone to corporate T Mobile again and after telling them how horrible and rude this location has been. Corporate is going to escalate this incident and investigate. My new replacement phone will be sent to my home and i never have to step foot in this horrible location again. Also T Mobile deactivated the mysterious phone that was delivered to this location and was signed for but is...
Read moreI wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything or signing up for a T-Mobile plan through this store. When we inquired about T-Mobile promotions the salesman (Tristan) assured us that we could get 3 lines with 3 new iPhone 15s on them, along with a host of other benefits for a specified monthly amount with no trade in required. We asked about the promotions T-Mobile had advertised but he redirected us to his proposed plan as the best deal. We get our first bill at it is over $100 more than what he said and we find out that we are paying for the iPhones he said were included. After talking to T-Mobile it seems no such promotion existed and that we needed to trade our phones in after all, which we had asked about from the beginning but were told we did not need to by the salesman. We recently spoke to the store manager and he confirmed that the salesman provided an incorrect quote. He also refused to do anything to make it right. In my opinion we were scammed and lied to in order to get the sale. Now we are stuck with a higher monthly payment than we were initially quoted. Very shady practices, we just wanted to warn others so it doesn’t...
Read moreIf Corporate reads these, this happened on the date posted. Store hours posted online state 10:00am opening. I arrived at 10:30 to find a piece of paper stating store hours would indefinitely be 11am. The store manager or opening associate driving the Gold Malibu arrived at 11:10, promptly went in with his girlfriend or associate (they drove together), locked the door again and shut the gate. For the next 20 minutes I watched 5 individuals knock on the door, wait, and then leave. I left at 11:30 with the store still closed. I'm visiting the city, my phone is completely dead, and have no idea how to navigate the city except hand written instructions to this store. The opening individual not only wasted over an hour of my time, but turned away at least 6 customers by changing posted store hours and then not evening...
