Absolutely rude service!!! This is kind of a longer explanation; I was with my Grandma at this location. She can be a little bit of a Karen, but she's just picky. (They always sweeten her unsweetened tea) So when she ordered her unsweetened tea, she made sure to drink it in front of the employee at the second window just to make sure they got it right. I could tell this made the employee mad. Other than her unsweetened tea, we ordered our dinner. I was with my little brother and sister. My little siblings ordered drinks (And Happy Meals) , and I got my favorite Fish O' Filet. I love their tarter sauce, so I ordered extra tarter sauce on my fish filet. We got our food, and as we drove away, my siblings noticed that they didn't get their drinks! We weren't gonna turn back, because it's just a few drinks. We had bottled water. But then, I bit into my fish filet. No tarter sauce. I took one more to be sure, no tarter sauce. I lifted the top bun, and it was completely dry! So we went back. I'm not picky, but it was literally bread and fried fish which doesn't sound terrible but it was dry and stale. As I mentioned I love the tarter sauce. So we went back through, and got it refunded. It took a good 15 minutes to get the second one out! We started to drive off after we finally got it, but when I opened my fish filet box, the sandwich was OOZING TARTER SAUCE! It looked like a tarter sauce volcano!! There was enough to dress TWO sandwiches let alone one! It was ridiculous, and very hard to eat accounting I had a finger in a splint, and couldn't get the tarter sauce all over the splint. I was not going to take it back and get it refunded once again, because I could only imagine the third sandwich! I ended up eating it because I was starving at this point, and just wanted food. There was so much tarter sauce, my stomach was upset after words, and my hands were covered in it, do to the fact that I had to hold it funny do to the splint. I was fuming. We were never rude about it, but they had to be sarcastic about it, and load up an innocent's sandwich for no good reason. It was their fault that they messed up our order, not ours. We are not likely to return to this location for a while, and I pray this doesn't...
Read moreDuring my wife's pregnancy McDonald's has been one of her biggest cravings. so as a result I've had to do a lot of McDonald's runs and I've never seen one business consistently error and screw up so many things on a regular basis. Anytime I try to use the mobile app to make an order and use some sort of online deal they almost consistently screw up the deal. The amount of times I've asked for a plane sandwich something my wife likes a lot they seem to forget what to put on there which is basically nothing which is impressive. it's also impressive the amount of times I order a large fry or a large drink and they hand me a medium and then get very confused when I state they're giving me the wrong thing. The fact that I am now so terrified to pull out of the parking lot without thoroughly inspecting every part of my order on a regular basis is an indication of how horrible this place is. It honestly probably seems from the fact that every time I go in there it seems like it has different employees and I don't mean as in it's a different shift. I mean as in it seems they are constantly getting rid of people and can't keep people around long enough too decently trained them. I don't know how hard it is to communicate with the customer on various aspects of their order. But based off of my experience with the McDonald's in indianola I guess it must be pretty impossible. The amount of times I am handed food or told to hold on as the employee tries to figure out basic functions of their job happens way too often. I'm not blaming the employees themselves a lot of them are high schoolers poorly paid and probably poorly trained. I'm blaming the managers and upper staff who on a regular basis failed to train their employees up to a standard that offers decent service. It's also impressive how regularly their food sucks. So if you're looking for a really bad McDonald's experience look no further day will surely impress you without...
Read moreI get it's fast food, but WORST SERVICE EVER!! I guess if patronizing a business and expexting to get what you pay for is poor judgment then this is partially my fault. 1/12/17 I visited the drive through on my way home, ordered 3 meals + 2 exra sandwiches as we had a school event and I needed quick supper for the family. Again I'll take partial blame for expecting to get what I paid for. Upon unpacking my order giving the kids what I ordered for them I realized I was missing a 10pc Mcnugget and sauces. I drove back to the surprisingly not busy (wasn't busy when I ordered either) store with disappointment in my voice I told the cashier who greeted me "I bet you have a 10 piece nugget back there you guys forgot to send out the drive thru?" She nodded and bagged up the box of Mcnuggets on the counter. I explained my hastle of driving back to the store while the other 1/2 of my order is sitting at home getting cold. I was offered nothing, the manager happened to be up front and I asked, "absolutely no compensation for my trouble?" She shook her head no and explained they had a recent policy change, I confirmed "nothing at all" at this time the lady at the counter begged the manager to give me an apple pie that was aging in the warmer, the manager reluctantly agreed and continued to the back of the store. On my way out another patron who overheard me told me more people need to speak up, as though she was familiar with additional problems with this store. I'm only one guy complaining about this fast food restaurant and vowing not to spend anymore money at this particular store but I hope they realized they messed up and take steps to improve service to their...
