Very good location. During the "season" there are many nice customers from out of town that have better social skills, then most of the local residents. For whatever reason, people that drive more expensive vehicles aren't from Indio and have much better manners.
The car wash is very shacky, seems quality control or the ability to maintain equipment is very inconsistent. Several vacuum hoses are inoperative on an on going bases, sun coverings were chosen poorly and look shabby or gone. Sometimes the staff pre wash the car unless they look tired, but who knows what level of expectation ARCO managers are capable to provide for customer service levels in this area of Coachella.
The two star rating are because even a blind squirrel finds a nut once and while and this location occasionally is nice, clean and things work... But the other 80% isn't worth the hassle, there are other better locations within 5 miles of this station...

Read moreI’ve had a car wash pass since you guys first opened. My card was recently skimmed and I had to get a new card. I visited two locations and no one could help me update my card on file. Thus, resulting in my pass becoming expired. I’m very upset that I got the run around and that they wanted me to pay the new pricing when I was grandfathered in. They told me at both locations that there was no way to update my card. Poor customer service all the way around. How hard is it to update a card in the 21st century without being forced into a new plan. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve called the number on the website with no call back. All I wanted was my car washed…like I’ve been doing since you guys opened.

Having to use cash instead of business card messes up the books. Spent $20 to get to the next station to finish filling and waited on food and drink since I knew I needed to stop again.
