Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Indio

They resell, items, customers return..not very hygenic...The race of people that shop there, are all the same nationality...I know i stand out, why would i do anything wrong? I cant blend in anyways? If you look different, Or Have a different complexion, You will be followed by, loss prevention around the store,....While i was shopping , 3 females that worked their, walked out an employee door, One by One, and stared me up and down..With an angry look, on their face, and stormed off,, What gives??. I didnt do anything weird or look weird, i was just shopping normal, putting items in shopping cart, Loss Prevention ,Followed me, all the way to the exit of the store,, i was followed, despite being clean cut, decent, had small tiny purse, leggings,small shirt, no way, for me to shop lift,,... Iam in a higher income bracket, i was passing through the area, Probably not the best store to shop at, Alot of the merchsndise are defective or stuff, other stores cant sell, i will consider shopping at more diverse , or quality, or professional stores next time,, I have no time, or no need, to absorb, A troubled employees , negative energy....Iam a person of good energy, and Help people all the time,, .I will never return to that dump again,, Those witches, hate people with positive energy, please , Pray over any items, if , you do, choose to buy something from there, There are alot of weird people involved...

As a frequent shopper at Ross stores, I have never been more disappointed in the service I received than I was the last time I was there. The workers were very rude. And they had a Versace perfume set that was out but when we went to purchase it they told us that we could not buy it because they could not get it out of the lock case the fragrances are kept in. This is after another employee claimed that she bought the same perfume the week prior and they let her break the box. But apparently the employees get preferential treatment over the customers because they would not let us purchase the item. The cashier who rung us up was very rude and she double scanned one item and then also charged us for an item that she put back after she scanned it. So when my boyfriend checked the receipt and explained that we paid too much and we paid for items that weren’t even in our bag she rolled her eyes and acted like we were the ones who did something wrong. Normally I love shopping at Ross but I cannot say I will be returning to this store ever again! Also one little complaint I wish the employees at all the stores would put the clothes in the bags a little bit neater. My boyfriend and I spend hundreds of dollars every time we go and it seems the workers just scan and then wad up the clothes and throw them in the bags so by the time we get home they are...

I went in a few minutes before they close I think I had like 15 minutes before they closed. When I walked in the cashier with an attitude said. JUST SO YOU KNOW WE ARE CLOSING IN 5 MINUTES. I replied dont you close at 10:30? It was like 10:12 or something. She replied YES BUT WE HAVETO GET YOU OUT BEFORE WE CLOSE!. I LOOKED AT THE TIME I HAD LIKE 15 MINUTES. I needed some pants for work in the morning the next day otherwise I wouldn't go last minute. Plus i was quick about it i picked some random pants and tried them out really quick thankfully i found some that fitted. The whole time I was there they kept announcing on the speaker that they where closin in five minutes. When I hurried back every one else was ready to check out. So I waited patiently. When. It was my turn to check out the cashier started to talk to all the other employees telling them to make sure everyone is out of the store. And preceded with her closing procedure leaving me standing there ready to pay. Itougth it was funny. She thought it was going to make me mad or something. But I just stood there wondering how much more rudeness she had in her. After she realise she was being rude to me she smiled and apologize and...
