I just had a disgusting breakfast at this place. Started out with the coffee creamer being completely curdled solid when I peeled back the lid. Server could not accommodate any "special" orders (wanted a crepe instead of toast on avocado toast) so I ordered the avocado toast by itself. What a mistake! The bread was staler than stale--even after being toasted, it couldn't even be cut with a knife! Avocado (very doubtful that it was actually avocado) was spread so thin that the tiny bit of it (maybe a teaspoon) had been completely soaked into the stale bread. I asked for sourdough toast instead to possibly salvage the eggs, but by the time I got the barely toasted replacement, the eggs were cold. Couldn't eat any of it at that point. Server knew how bad it was and didn't offer to accommodate in any way. If they are going to have this item on their menu, they need to learn how to make it and at least have FRESH bread to put it on, or don't bother trying to duplicate the only healthy option on the menu! ...
Read moreIn the city of Indio Lala's was our breakfast restaurant selection for the week.
Despite the lack of service overall, this is a crepe restaurant as it's name states.
Chilaquiles were salty (extremely salty) partner did not eat but a couple bites only this was of course after she gulped down her glass of water.
My breakfast was okey, an all American breakfast that as simple as it sounds, eggs were dry, bacon was cold ,toast was warm, fruit was great (cantaloupe was my favorite) butter was unsalted but whipped.
Coffee was never refilled until the ending of our breakfast. (Tasted okey)
Prices are fair, service is beneath fair, staff is friendly although not attentive.
Order crepes would be my suggestion non other.
The decor is nice , in the main entrance hallway. Your order will be taken on a handheld.
Hasn't been open for long. Didn't see anyone overseeing the restaurant operation overall.
Little bit of care wouldn't hurt.

Read moreSo here's my full review Since its opening I've been dying to try it. I love crepes and this place is right in my own neighborhood who could ask for more right? Although I feel like this place has lots of potential of being someplace great. It was subpar for me and heres why We arrive at 15 minutes to the hour and we recieved our drink 10 after. Not that long but still a wait and that hadn't even taken our food order yet. About 5-10 minutes later they took our food order and 41 minutes since we got our drinks the food came out. The food was delicious and the plates were lovely absolutely instagram ready however, I felt like the service was almost chaotic. As if no one had a specific duty and they each expected each other to take orders and/or make them. I feel like that's why they took so long. They have great potential if they could just get themselves in order.
Prices are fair. Food was...
