Starbucks — Restaurant in Inglewood

Hey, Starbucks groupie & Inglewood resident here. I've had my shared of drive-thru and mobile pickup orders on a weekly basis with many of the Starbucks in the Inglewood area. This is my two-cents and a nickel on this location. Let's jump right into this review.

This location is one block from Manchester & Prairie - stand alone location. KIA Forum and Sizzler up the street.

Drinks (my usuals) Venti strawberry acaí with lemonade, no strawberries, add peach juice Venti green tea with water, add 2 splendas, sometimes I substitute water for lemonade Grande Hot Chocolate w/ extra whipped cream, with a splash of vanilla syrup - kids temp :)

Things to know: Drive-thru and a walk-up window only. There are no tables or chairs available.

Private lot with parking spaces.

I usually place a mobile order and have limited interactions with employees but my interactions have been friendly when I have interacted. I'm always greeted with a - How's your day/evening going?

I have learned that the refreshers/teas taste varies by location. I do wish there was consistency. Flavor is a hit and miss from time to time. The green tea at this location isn't my preference.

10/10/23. update. So I found out that that was a bold-faced lie Starbucks serves you whatever you would like at anytime you would like except for breakfast sandwiches hot cold frappuccino you name it I'm now bumped into a couple of different baristas who've informed me that that Starbucks was just being pure lazy and didn't want to take the time to do the right thing.

10/2022 This was my first time ever going to this establishment didn't even know it was at that location but unfortunately they did not or could not provide what I wanted which was to order a hot coffee at 10:00 at night. I just gotten off work and wanted something warm to drink I was then told that Starbucks does not offer hot coffee after breakfast hours I did not believe this to be true but I am also not a Starbucks customer to that nature so I really wouldn't know I asked numerous times if they were for certain on that and I was told repeatedly that yes you cannot have hot coffee from Starbucks after breakfast hours I became very disappointed and then left, so I was disappointed... Maybe next time at a different Starbucks after work I could probably get something hot to...

I always come to this Starbucks when school is in as my daughter school is near by with school out this isn’t my regular Starbucks but today I was near by and wanted coffee. Ashley’s service today was below average rude and nasty. The ordering process was rushed and she was occupied while taking my order. When given my croissants one was cold and she snatched it back with no words and closed the window. When I paid she took my card and didn’t present me with the key pad to tip she must have by passed it which sucks for your other employees. I’m sure the tips are shared and she’s not even offering guest the option to tip. Now this Starbucks can be busy but today it was 3 ppl in line and a holiday. No upbeat welcome no morning happiness nothing I felt like I was bothering her. Definitely needs some revamping at this Starbucks as the customer service...
