I wish i could give a zero star, the last few times I haven't been to happy with the service and I was thinking it was lack of employees, But today it topped it off. I went inside because I was getting a family meal and I figured it would be easier. I was not greeted when I walked in, after a few minutes a young girl said ill be there in a minute, ok I waited, took my order and I paid. Walked to the other end of the counter, waited 15 I heard them saying that they were waiting on the Supreme. The restaurant was very dirty and the staff was very slow, the manager was there talking about her personal issues that I will not put here. When she turned around and noticed I was still there she asked with a tone "what's this lady here waiting for,? The tone and the look was not necessary, they told her on the Supremes, didn't tell me how much longer just walked away, finally after 10 more minutes the Supremes came out, I asked nicely if they can change my fries out since they had been there for a while, she grabbed new ones, tossed the the other ones and with another unnecessary tone said "I changed them." Well here it goes, I was professional enough to stay quiet and walked away with my food, very unhappy the way I was treated and disappointed at the conditions the restaurant looked, I don't think I'll be back to this location unless is under NEW...
Read moreI stopped to have breakfast here Saturday morning March 2nd. Huge disappointment! First , I encountered a young girl taking my order and she was absolutely lazy and careless. So lazy she mumbles instead of talking and slow moving. I swear I have seen people in their 80's with health issues move faster than her. It took forever to get my sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meal. Instead of continuing to take orders she walks away and waits until the food is ready for the person she took the order for. Then I have a huge problem with her being unsanitary. She's so freaking lazy she takes her arm and puts it on the tray that food is about to be placed on and with her entire arm on the tray she stands there resting her arm on the tray. Then Bo-Round pack is placed where her arm was and they were falling out of the pack and now on the tray her arm was on. I am reporting this to the health department. Finally I get my meal. I open up my biscuit wrap and most of one side of my biscuit was missing. What was there was crumbled up. Seriously? Management you think this is acceptable? I don't and I will not be back. If you don't care and don't have the intelligence to operate this store just CLOSE it! Absolutely...
Read moreI went to the drive thru and waiting an unbelievable and I do mean unbelievable amount of time to get to the speaker to place my order. When I pulled up and waited another minute the young girl ask me what my sides were? I explained that customer had already pulled forward. So she very politely ask for my order which I gave her only to have her come back. Minute later and ask if I could repeat my order, it was windy and loud so I assumed the speaker might be having issues. After giving here the again she promptly ask me again if I could repeat my order. I ask if it would be easier if just pulled up to the window to order. She said no I can hear you, to which I stated well dear it doesn’t appear that you can. Then another woman came on speaker and explained they were training her as she is new. I’m all for training and hiring new people but someone needs to train this management team. You do t train a new person during dinner rush, OMG! As I decided to leave and was pulling away I counted 9 cars behind me waiting, and get this….NONE ahead. This store needs management 101. Shame on you with such a great franchise to treat...
