Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

If a restaurant has a reputation for inconsistency than that's a managment/owner issue. This place is consistently DISAPPOINTING. We quit ordering from here for over 6 months or more because we could never get an order right. Last night 5/8/20 my husband suggested we try them again. Guess what.......DISAPPOINTMENT! Ordered early for a friday. Ordered on the app 2 medium pizzas. 1 veggie 1 create your own and cheese bread. I let in special instructions for extra sauce on 1 pizza. Veggie hand tossed was UNDERCOOKED the bread was dough. And no extra sauce on the other pizza....actually there didn't seem to be any sauce on it at all. And the cheese bread wasn't cheese bread but cheese sticks. I honestly don't know how this place has stayed opened? Out of the 13 years we have lived here it is hard for me to remember the last time our order was exactly what we ordered and made well. It has happened but I could count the times on 1 hand. Mostly the order is wrong and food looked like it was thrown together and not tasty. Or one or the other. We'll continue to get our pizza from Lyman. At least Domino's has a guarantee. Don't try this pizza hut, you would go bankrupt in replacements. Papa John's are consistently average which is better that consistently...

We went out to eat before my son's baseball practice. We walked in nobody in dining room but tables were dirty. The waitress did come right over get our drink order and brought us drinks got our order. She brought out our bread sticks and they didn't put any of the seasoning that they usually put on them so I had to ask for some. Then she brought out our pizzas. We got a stuffed crust half the pizza was burnt while the other half wasn't even cooked all the way. It was not cut all the way thru so we had to cut it ourselves. The other pizza was a pan pizza however the crust was not as poofy as a pan pizza should have been. Our waitress never came to check on us. I went up to pay and the lady cashing ppl out had a lot going on trying to take care of everyone while 3 delivery ppl were just standing around. I used to work at Pizza hut since when do the delivery drivers not help answer phones? This poor girl taking care of the ppl in drive thru as well as the ppl coming inside to get their orders and having to answer the phones. Ridiculous! Definitely will be driving to Landrum to get dominoes instead of...

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut many times and no issue. Ordered online today at 6:00. App tracked said the pizza was ready by 6:10. Got the the drive through around 6:15. Three people asked who I was, very disorganized. They said please wait and we will have your order. Waited patiently until 6:30. They ask me to pull to the side and my order will be out. Then at 6:45 I am informed that the online is down(I stated it was an online order several times) and my order has not been made. Ask for a manger. Doesn’t come to my car so I proceed to go inside. She says there is nothing she can do. Says the money will go back to my account which with all the unorganized behavior I doubt it. I mostly frustrated that I waited 30 mins before someone could explain to me that my order was missing and that no one offered to retake my order. I had to ask if they could not just take my order at the store myself but at this point I have waited almost an hour for my order. I will be going elsewhere instead. What a waste of an...
