This place has gone so downhill it it unreal. And they treated me like dirt!! My husband and I both ordered THE SAME turkey hoagie BOTH with double meat. His looked great, however when i opened mine, there was clearly nowhere near the amount of turkey on mine then on his. I looked at BOTH sandwiches and it was clear to us both that his had A LOT more meat then mine so I called back to get it remade. The person who delivered it said he was the owner and that the sandwich was right the 1st time but he just didnt want to argue with me. I told him we compared both sandwiches and there was a HUGE difference and he says well you cant compare 2 different sandwiches. THEY WERE THE SAME DAMN SANDWICH only 1 was a 6 inch and the other a 12!! If mine was a double meat, I would hate to see the portion on a regular as the bread was more then 4 times the thickness of the meat where as my husbands sandwich, the thickness of the meat was about the same as the bread. ( just so u can get an idea as to what i'm talking about as to the difference between the meat portions on both sandwiches). He said he was tired of my complaining "like every 3rd delivery cause remaking my orders was costing him too much money". Well then make the orders right the 1st time and people wont complain!!!!! The man basically told me not to order from them anymore like it was my fault that THEY cant get orders right and skimped terribly on the meat on my sandwich. I have been ordering from them FOR YEARS on a regular basis and it has only been the last 6 months or so that there have been consistent problems with my orders being wrong. I threw out the sandwich because the way I was treated and talked to, I was scared they had done something to it!! They want to tell customers to not come back, thats fine as there are other places that will get your order right AND treat you...

NO PIZZA FOR YOU!!........ Unbelievable customer service experience - banned for logging a complaint about the burnt pizzas in the pictures below..... Ordered 5 pizzas with friends on a Sunday night. All of them arrived, burnt to a crisp. I called to ask what they could do about it and was initially told that they would replace all of them for me. Then I got a call back from the manager about 15 minutes later and he said he would not be replacing my pizzas, because they were not burned. I think the photos prove otherwise, but you be the judge. He claimed that the cheese was freshly ground that day, and therefore the "moisture barrier hadn't been broken", so even though they LOOKED burned, they actually weren't. When I pushed back on this, saying I had never heard of such a thing, he said "I'm not replacing your pizzas and I will refund all of your money, but I'm going to ask that you never order here again, because you'll just complain again next time. I have 14 pizzas to make. Goodbye." I was cordial - never yelled or raised my voice. To be honest, I never even had a chance to..... I guess I'll give him credit for refunding my money. But, I then had to order a cheese and pepperoni from Domino's, so the kids would actually eat something, because they refused to eat this hot garbage. I won't be ordering here again. Or shoot...... Don't order from this place customer service is awful!!! The manager "Alex" is very disrespectful. We placed an order that was quite simple, garlic toast with Xtra sauce, small pizza sausage, black olives. Pretty simple. We had to have the order read back 3x. Our order came minus the Xtra sauce that we requested. The total was $18.55 We called thinking no problem they will probably run some out. The gentleman who answered said we will have to charge you for the sauce 0.89 cents. I asked why I was getting charged when I had to go through the first order three times (not my fault they couldn't get it right the first three times it was ordered), have cold garlic bread, because the sauce was forgotten, and be charged for it! Most places of business would have stated, so sorry ma'am for the misunderstanding we will run some out to you! SIMPLE!!! Not this place! Instead they would rather argue with me about even placing the extra sauce order in the first place. Seriously!! Its not about the $0.80 ,obviously that's affordable, but the fact that I had to argue with management and felt my business...
