Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Inver Grove Heights

I just left with a coffee that I did not want it’s not the way that I asked for it and I am now late to open my store because I waited way longer than I’ve ever waited in my entire life for a coffee I waited so long my sandwich that I got was no longer warm and I wanted a refund and instead of giving me a refund you guys gave me a coffee I did not want horrible I will not come back to this location and the fact of the matter is the manager was there and how she handled it was unprofessional to say the least I also want to mention I didn’t appreciate that the focus was nothing but drive-through rather than focus on the customers you have inside I don’t appreciate being late on the accountability of management skills at that location I would not recommend the store if you’re pressed for time because they do not care you’re better off going through drive-through because they’ve actually focus more on drive-through than...

Although I love the product Caribou puts out, especially compared to its competitors the drive through service at this location is terrible. I only go to this location because it's conveniently located between my home and work. Every time I go through this drive through I remind myself how poorly it's managed and how slow the service. Today is just one more example... I pull up and am asked to wait while the two cars at the window are served and pay before my order is ever taken. Finally my order is taken, I pull up and pay before the barista even begins making my order. If I were to keep track, I'd say my wait time averages 5-15 minutes!!! I'm always wondering what kind of management is going on because I would never allow my staff to make my clients wait and we don't run a drive through service. Again, I will continue to go to this location due to its convenience. I just wish someone would manage the staff...

Came in during a busy time on Saturday and was in a hurry so I ordered a plain drip coffee. Instead of the cashier turning around and pouring, he sent my order to the barista. SINCE WHEN do coffee orders have to wait in line behind bar drinks & food orders?! Not only did I wait over TEN MINUTES for my coffee, they LOST my order! I alerted the barista and she acted like she was going out of her way to give my order "priority" over the drinks on her screen. What kind of BS is going on in your store where you can't train your cashier to turn around and pull a lever to pour a dang cup of coffee?! Going to SA next time. The coffee may be stale, but it's cheaper, faster, and their staff don't throw you...
