You know it really sucks that I had this experience today because usually Arby's has never done me wrong on an order but today 6/21/25 between 10:00 and 11:15 p.m. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two meals. The person that took my order was very rude and dismissive and rushed me through my ordering process. You know I could normally let that slide. It's probably been a long day, but still irritating that the customer service was beyond terrible, but I get to the window pay for my food and the guy at the window was also rude and dismissive. He hands me my food and proceeds to almost drop it and shuts the window without even saying a word. Irritated I get home go to open the bag and start eating and realized that my whole order was wrong. Nothing I ordered was in that bag. And the food wasn't even more. It was cold. They told me I was going to have to wait a few extra minutes because of what I ordered and they still gave me cold food. I would not recommend going out there especially at night and I don't think I will ever go back. I don't expect service to be great at that time of night and I could understand if one thing was messed up on my order but the fact that the service was terrible. We literally get the same thing every time and every time its mine that is always messed up, wrong or missing. I haven't told them at this location anything about it. They tend to have a good bit of turnover as far as staffing goes, so it can seem like someone new is always being trained, however the manager is typically always there doing the training and making sure that everything is done perfectly!
