Grizzly's South Side Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Iowa City

It was a very hostile environment. I went to have a drink with my coworkers and your bartender ANET told me I had to leave as soon as I sat down. I felt very targeted and had to leave humiliated. I don't appreciate the screaming and unprofessionalism of your staff.... I'm sure if you review your camera footage you'd see how ghetto she acts, I have 10 years plus of not only customer service experience but experience directly with costumers, she turned away at least $200 worth of service...

Don't order beer from the tap. It tasted like it came out of a garden hose, which means the lines are full of mold.

But on the plus side, I went here on New Years. It was crowded, but the service was quick and the bartenders were friendly. Just stick to stuff that comes...
