Worst experience and âquality serviceâ Iâve ever had at a Wendy. Last night I waited 40 mins in the Wendyâs drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me and no option to dine in. When I finally got up to the order screen, the worker said theyâd be with me in one moment. One moment took 10 mins. I finally ordered and eventually made it up to pay and get my food. When I opened the bag, my food was sloppily put together and it was COLD. I called as soon as I noticed and the managers response was that they were closing at 8pm and couldnât issue me a refund because the cash registers would be shut down. The manager stated he would have someone call me the next day to discuss the refund.
I did not receive a call so by mid afternoon, I called and spoke with a manager. The manager stated that she couldnât issue me a refund with out having the food in hand. The only way they would refund me is if I brought in my thrown away, cold food from the night before.
I retrieved my Wendyâs, from the night before, out of the trash and headed back to the store.
When I arrived, I once again had to wait in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me this time. It took an additional 20 mins for me to get to the front of the line and once I got there, I handed them my food, from the trash, from the night before, they finally refunded me and told me to âhave a good oneâ. No apology or âquality serviceâ.

   Read moreToday, had an awful experience at Wendyâs. Went to get two biggie bags. The sign said they were $6. Drive thru person say $14.84. I asked as I had previous experience of $6 bags adding up to be way more than the cost plus tax. Guy tried to explain to me that the extra is just tax while his female co-worker bad mouths me for questioning the sum with her microphone on. He tells her to shut her mic off. I note that I can hear her. Iâve been there enough to know sheâs a newer employee. Get up to window and younger person tells me the same total. I tell him the sign says $6 each and that seems highly irregular and while I appreciate his efforts, thatâs not what the sign says. He tells me heâll get someone. (I do know Iâm arguing over $2.) Then he carries on with the order. I pay him. I ask again for supervisor/manager while my sister goes back to take photo of the sign. He gives me food and then acts as if weâre done. I ask again about a manager- he has no Idea who that is -and then the original order taker comes out and says there are no refunds and they have no supervisor. You will call tomorrow morning he says. No, no Iâm not going to call tomorrow. Iâm not sure if you just make up prices as you go or what. I have had great experiences with the day staff. But I am done with Wendyâs. I lived thru their being open a few hours a day, thru the times you couldnât get this or that or mornings when they couldnât bake biscuits or sell...
   Read moreI had by far the worst fast food experience in my lifetime at this location. Not even worthy enough of having a 1 star review, due to how horrible it was. I arrived at this store at 7:15 and was able to get out at 7:53. After waiting in line for that amount of time and getting up to the window to order, the employee taking the order said no automatically after my friend tried to order their item. When she had asked him why, he goes "just cause" as we were both confused, as he did not reply with anything else, I chimed in and asked are you kidding? Due to his tone and how he would not give us any other information.(As we love joking around like that as well, although this did not seem like the time or that it was a joke.) Right after he heard my voice, he automatically goes just kidding. I am not sure if this is due to my friend being a female or if he really thought this as the time to joke around. When pulling up to the window you had more of an idea on why the line almost was taking an hour and why nothing was getting done as the employees working were not moving or even having other customers wait in a parking spot. Finally, we got our food in which we received, cold food, the wrong drinks and extremely unacceptable...
