Got it again today thinking maybe they’ve got new people. Worst it’s ever been. How is this one still open. Do they make good drinks for everyone but me and my wife. My wife said it’s the worst iceed coffee she’s ever had in her 15 years of drinking coffee. This place is trash. 1 star all around. Wish the Starbucks next door would hurry up and open already
Just wanted to update: my wife and I live nearby and we used to complain that that’ll eat started to build a Starbucks right next door. But now I’m glad; I am not sure what happened to this location. It used to be amazing. But 3 out of the last 5 times I’ve been. I’ve ended up just throwing away my drink it’s been that nasty. I don’t know if Dunkin Donuts actually reads these reviews but this location needs major help in teaching these new employees how to make coffee drinks. I got a latte with caramel. (Asked for an extra pump) by the taste of it… I’d say it’s coffee that was made yesterday maybe two days ago and they put literally zero pumps of anything. I am def. Deleting the Dunkin app and giving up on this location.
I live very near by. Been coming here about 3 +times per week since summer started. And it’s been slowly getting worse and worse. But it’s the simple things they can’t get right… ask for caramel swirl and whipped cream. Maybe get one. Definitely won’t get both. Maybe making coffees is harder than I think. Read moreMan this place has really gone down hill. Used to go here daily, was pretty chummy with the old managers and the staff was always super polite and extremely friendly. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but hopefully someone from management sees this. Haven’t been here in at least maybe 6-8 months, if not longer. Placed a mobile order, had to pick my dog up from the vet so I was a little late to it, wasnt expecting my food to be warm cause of that so no issues there, that’s on me. Both the girls in there seemed to have a sour attitude. Hands me my latte and food and the thing is only half full. It’s a large but I feel like I got less than a small. Thought it was weird so I pulled up and asked them about it, said the foam had settled cause of how long the order was placed but offered to make a new one. I was perplexed cause it’s like. How much of my coffee is foam now? Makes me a new one. Exact same amount in it. Think someone goofed and she made me a half of cup just to justify her lie, got this same cup a week ago from a different location and it was full. The service at this location has just dropped, you could tell the girls just didn’t wanna be there and their work showed. I get times are rough right now but like. Care a little? Also a review from 3 hours before this one says they were only taking mobile orders but I saw someone walk in and order no issue? So are they just taking orders when they feel like it? Today (3/6) my family and I ordered 4 items. They were out of one so we asked for our money back. The employee was rude from the start and said she couldn’t do that. We told her we shouldn’t have to pay for something we didn’t get b/c they were out of it. She continued to speak rudely to us and later walked off (after I asked her if someone else could refund the money). My family (including my 18 month old in the backseat) could hear the employee inside cursing and yelling (several f-bombs). We got our food, we eventually got our money back, and then we left. Of course, we didn’t check the food at first (having never had an issue before), but when we did they didn’t put everything in the bag. So then we had to go back to get our food. Very disappointed.
