Wow, where to start. I was one of several displeased customers who made an app order only to have all the drive thru orders prioritized. Then to hear the I guess "line leader" constantly cursing and talking poorly about some of the people who complained audibly was something. After, I'm not kidding, 30 minutes in the lobby, I received my food only for it to be wrong. The manager had come out by this time to address the chaos and the "line leader" wanted to argue with them that my order was correct. I was missing over half my items. I watched them make the items but I guess many of the priority customers in the drive thru got several free upgrades. Complete lack of competency, decorum, and service. When others wanted a refund, they were directed to go through the app and complain. Add in a filthy dining room, half+ the syrups in the fountain being out (which I am discovering must be a taco bell company requirement) and trash all over the kitchen floor, and you have a place in dire need of higher level support and control. Throw in the freezer door being propped open for the entire hour I was there and it's just a special place I care to never return. The visible food from the neighboring Popeye's around the kitchen shows that maybe I should go there next time since these employees lack desire for their own product. I know you get tired of the food you're always making but you don't have to be so overt about it. A cook who won't taste their food shouldn't be trusted. The manager was at least apologetic and sympathetic but clearly not in any kind of control.

I set there for several more minutes before a gentleman handed a bag to me with nothing I ordered in it. I told him this was not my order...he said hold on Again I set there for several minutes when he finally asked for the bag back . I sat again for a few minutes before he handed me another sack....looking in it it was packed in a very disheveled manner. No I'm sorry or anything about my wait or being handed the wrong order. When I got home and started opening the package the tacos were mushy and shells were cracked open as was the burrito. I opened one taco wrapper and taco was not in it only some meat. This is not my first poor experience here, but it will be last This occurred on 3/10/23 @ 6:00pm

When you order inside at this location, you order on a kiosk and they call your name with a bag when it’s ready and there really isn’t anyone to help out if there is an issue. I may drive the extra miles to go to the one on Lake Murray from now on. But one thing I will say, those two products may be the best two new items I have had at Taco Bell in a long time. And the avocado sauce that comes with it is AMAZING!

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, not trying to be rude it just is what it is. Every time I go their they have messed up some part of my order. I go there same time every day and order the same exact thing and somehow they still manage to not get the correct order. Not once have they offered to pay for my meal for their mistakes, but I do have a handful of "were sorry" free taco coupons. It doesn't do me any good because I don't eat meat I just get the rice and bean burritos and the spicy potato soft tacos. They won't even give me a regular sized water when i spent 10-15 dollars a day there, they give me a literal child's size drink that's filled to the brim with ice so I get 2 sips of water. If I want a regular sized water they try and charge you almost 2 dollars for one. On top of that I had to start asking for "No Lettuce" on the spicy potato soft tacos so they would put a reasonable portion size of potatoes on it because they would fill the tortilla to the brim with lettuce and put literally 3-4 little potato squares on it. Lastly, this most recent time I went I ordered 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos and by the 15 minutes drive I got home and took a bite and realized they had meat in them and were a completely wrong burrito then the ones I asked for and I am vegetarian and don't eat meat. I drove back came back through the drive though and let them know they have messed up my order. They made me go park my car and come inside when there was no one in the drive through except me and it was them who got the order wrong. I gave the bag to the guy very respectfully let him know the situation I had my receipt with me and I could hear the employee who had made me come all the way inside ask the guy I gave the bag of wrong food to if he had "checked" the food and opened it to visually see, basically sitting there accusing me of lying about wanting to replace 3 dollars worth of burritos and an hour round trip of gas money and my time because the store is 15 minutes away. So I was forced to come inside basically accused of lying and biten into a meat burrito after being vegetarian for years been 100% adult and respectful about the whole thing and all I get is another Damn taco coupon I can't even use. If they had any respect for their customers especially one who comes there every day to eat they should at the very least offer to pay for the food that was messed up and replace the food for free. This is what every other respectful company would do. Many many times they've messed up one of my order on a daily basis, try and skimp on their portion sizes, or express some kind of unprofessional behavior, and have an overall bad attitude. I would steer clear of this Taco Bell. It's on Dutch Fork Rd in Irmo/Balletine SC. The one on Lake Murray Blvd is so much better and more...

The employees just stared at us when we walked in. We stood awkwardly for about 3-5 minutes. Then the supervisor walked in from outside where she was sitting in her car, then one of the employees stepped up and took our order. It took nearly 20 minutes to get our food, which is an eternity with a toddler. During that time another man came in and ordered, it took over 20 minutes for him to get his food. While he was waiting a family walked in and after about 5 minutes of no one even ackowleding they were there, the lady said, "I'm not doing this again! This is the second time we've come here and no one has even bothered to take our order! I'm not going to do it!" And the family walked out with the young boy upset because he couldn't have Taco Bell. A few minutes after this the manager walked.past the man who.was still waiting for his.food and said, "We are still waiting on your __," as she curiously walked out the door and got into her car. As I opened my Doritos Locos taco, it wasn't even half full with filling and but the second bite, I realized the taco shell was stale.... So I took my receipt up to the counter and said I wanted a refund. The girl in the store then radioed the supervisor on her head set and said to come in. Then she opened the back door, because there is no handle out side, to let the manager in to make it seem like she was in the back the whole time. This is beyond bad and hard to understand since the location is great and it's a brand new restaurant. As we left we also noticed none of the parking lot lights were on, possibly to disuade any customers from coming or making people think it was closed. Horrible, just...

The absolute worst experience ever with taco bell. Pulled up to order took forever for anyone to greet me. When they finally did it was how you doin wich is OK its greeting words. I told the guy I wanted the 12 taco party box all soft shell then a Long pause. Thought the mic might have messed up or something then he finally said OK you can pull around and tells me my total. They fixed 12 tacos in like 30 secs a little sketchy but what do I know about how they fix it. Go to pull out the lot then checked my order they were all hard shell Instead of soft shell. I thought OK honest mistake. Turn around doors were locked so I go back through the drive through explained what happened. Then another even longer pause then he finally says you can pull around and almost immediately has the order ready but in a bag not a box wich dosnt really matter it's just what holds the tacos. Drove all the way home to realize there were only 10 tacos in the box. Not to mention the 2 guys working there looked to be the only ones there but did not wanna fix either order that I ordered. Showed nothing but discuss when a customered ordered food and just did not wanna work. Breathing hard and has just attitude. If anyone reads the reviews do not go to this taco bell save your self the trip this is only one of many bad experiences with this place. I havnt had a good experience with this specific taco bell ever not one. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! And btw the only people giving 5 star reviews is family and friends I know cause I use to know some of the people working there and they told me they get there friends and family's to leave reviews all the time without then...
