I have been to this location several times and have always enjoyed the service. This particular evening I went in and again the service started off well until it was time for me to use my card. It appears that each time I use my debit card in their machine there is a problem. The last time it happened, I was double charged. I called my bank and they told me if it didn’t fall off in a day to give them a call and also let the business know. The same malfunction happened again today. I told the young lady that was ringing up my order, after several attempts to get it to work, about what happened in the pass here and I hope it doesn’t happen again. I am not going to use her name because I do not want her to get in any trouble. She told me that what I talked about NEVER happens at their store and she continued to repeat it over and over again. I was very insulted but I wasn’t going to let her intimidate me. I told her it did happen and yes it did happen at your store. She got upset and left the register and called the young man to come ring me up. I felt humiliated and did not like being called a liar. Needless to say, I will never go back to this Jersey Mike. My hard earned money deserves great...

My sister goes here all the time which was why I dropped in today after mailing a package at the UPS store next door. I received a quick hello as me and a couple others were entering, but while standing in line no-one took my order. The young lady that was taking orders, elected to skip me and take the order of the young lady behind me. I had to literally say "is anybody going to ask me my order" as I was behind the gentleman that was 1 person away from the cash register. Anyway, this is definitely not the warm and customer driven crew that I am use to when I visit with my sister! The size of the Salad that I purchased today wasn't even the same as times before, so quantity has gone down which is pretty generic everywhere! When it was my turn to pay, the cashier asked me if I was a member and I told her "no" about 8 seconds in as she continued to process my payment, I had to ask her what it took to become a member, and at that point she shared what I needed to do as far as downloading their app. Clearly these folk were tired! I didn't even get the same "want to become a member reception" the person did prior! I guess I need to take my pennies down the street to...

Ordered carry out on my way to an event. Got there twenty minutes later and they hadn’t even started it yet. The manager was standing right there and looked at me like I was stupid, like they didn’t have the order then the other girl says “oh that must be the paper you threw away. I couldn’t wait or I would have been late but now I don’t get to eat. Tried to get a refund on the app but there was no option for that or a number to call so I called the store back and they said I had to be in the store to get my refund. I told them no I don’t and they said they would write my name and number down and call back if they had any questions but then hung up without asking my name or number. I love Jersey Mike’s but don’t go to this location....
