Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Irmo

Let me start by saying that I have been to this location several times throughout the years and I have never had any issues until my most recent visit.

On my most recent visit to this location, I entered the facility and stood waiting for an employee to ask what I wanted to be able to pay and leave, and two employees stood there after seeing me enter and continued to carry on with a personal conversation and did not make any effort to ask me what I wanted to order. After this went on for about a minute, with both employees continuing their personal conversation and not even acknowledging that I was there, I walked out.

I am not someone who believes in the "The customer is always right" mantra; however, I do expect an employee to approach the counter when a customer walks in so that they can ask what the customer wants and then proceed to provide it so that the customer can pay for it and leave. After all, this is the basis of being a business that provides food to customers. If the employees just stand around and carry on personal conversations and completely ignore a customer that walked in, who is in their field of vision, then the business cannot make money because the employees are not taking customers' orders.

After going to this location many times throughout the years, I will not go back. This location has permanently lost...

I’ve been going to this location for a really long time it has gone downhill in recent months I don’t know who you got back there but they are making the pizza all wrong underdone I got a deep dish it wasn’t crispy I highly doubt they used the right dough it was under cooked this is not the first time I had a deep dish that was this way from this location very disappointed until this location gets new people in the kitchen or new management I will not be back for a while.

I never really want to give negative reviews but it’s one time to many this location has gotten it wrong the main issue I’ve been having the last couple time I’ve gotten a pizza is it’s undercooked please try to fix this issue because it it’s a problem I hope to be back when...

Went to Little Caesar’s in Irmo, SC for Veterans Day free lunch special, got there at 2:02pm, due to waiting in line. Asked for the free lunch special and was told it ended at 2. I said, I thats 2 minutes ago. Sorry sir it ended at 2….. So I said well can I buy it then, and he said sure. So I said if I can buy it then you should give it to me free for Veterans Day. He said, sorry my Manager is really strict, so No. so apparently Veterans are appreciated there but only when it’s convenient to them. I go there, well I was going there once a week to get pizza and Italian cheese bread. But no more, I told them I would light them up on social media and he just laughed in my face. This place is not nice...
