If I could give them a zero I would. Their lack of customer service. My order was taken by Lindsey D. I donāt know if she fails under press but she needs retraining on how to treat her customers. I ordered a Bahamas mama and my daughter ordered a blimey limey. Once I tasted my smoothie and realized it had a hint of lime, I tasted my daughters to see if I had the wrong one. Once I realized they both taste the same I went back and told her I think I have the wrong smoothie so because I could taste the lime. I watched her take the remainder of the smoothies and dump them into our cups even thought all of us had different smoothies. I didnāt think anything of it at the time because three of us order banana mama. So She took a spoon that was laying around and dipped it in my smoothie and said āno thatās Bahamas mama what else do you wanna add to it?ā At this point Iām irritated and not trying to say anything. So I ask for more white chocolate to not escalate the situation. After re-blending my smoothie she came back to put the top and straw in the smoothie. I asked her before hand not to put the straw on my smoothie because it had touched the rack and that Iāll get another one. She continued to put the smoothie in my straw and tell me to just take it out and get another one. As disgusted as I was I nicely asked her to please just remake it because straw had contaminated my drink already She snapped at me saying no, just get another straw. I asked to speak to someone else that could help me she stated no, I asked for a manager she said these not one here. So I asked her name⦠she said āit doesnāt matter call corporate and tell them youāre unhappy with us I donāt careā. I never have this problem at the other tropical smoothies. When my mother, daughter and I entered the store we were not greeted by any of the four employees that were just standing around talking. The store was completely empty. As my mom and I were discussing what we wanted to order, the employees were snickering and giggling and looking at each other. This made as feel as if they were talking about us. When I decided what I wanted the cashier had an attitude and a smug look her face. She was looking back at another employee as I was paying still giggling. Very unprofessional. No thank you or anything just back to their conversation. My smoothie was good but the service was horrible and atmosphere was horrible. No "Welcome to Tropical Smoothie Cafe" or "Have a Good Day." The young man behind the counter gave me my two smoothies and I noticed that both blenders still had smoothie in them and asked what they did with the remnants and he stated if they are just a regular flavor no additional ingredients save for the next client but if they have extra ingredients the get dumped. I asked him if he could pour the remainder into a another cup and the manager replied "no". If it was just a standard flavor I get it I got what I paid for, however if you start adding (2) B12 shots, ginger, and pineapple juice to your drink you want all that you paid extra for.
