Starbucks — Restaurant in Irmo

I normally hate posting bad reviews especially if I get awesome customer service. I didn't speak up because the line got busy and didn't notice the white residue until I got home. This would of been the 2nd time if I went back to get it fixed they mess my order up. I tried to make it as simple this time. I'm a very regular to the store. So, I don't want to talk bad about my favorite grocery store. These coffees are hit or miss. As much as it costs I hate to keep trying over and over and always having to get it wrong. Ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhkay. I just had the best sample of a pumpkin spice latte ever. Ever. A young gal was handing out samples. I walked to my car and drank it. I’m about to walk back in and buy a big size. I’m not lying. It was the best from Starbucks I’ve ever had. Angel made the samples. Gal knows what she’s doing. Give her more responsibility. She has a gift of customer interaction and professionalism. This is coming from someone who purchases local roast herself and typically makes it at home with her Rocket espresso machine....
