Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Irvine

Great owner, great staff at this location I had the pleasure of working with for a few weeks as a kitchen helper...Place is kept clean, open, welcoming...Staff is humble and polite, they do their best to be accomadating, they work hard, together and help each other...Everything made and cooked well, beef, chicken, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, avacados, onions, oranges, salad, white rice, brown rice, tofu, kimchi, sauces, soda fountain, iced teas...Two TV screens, music, inside and outside seating, restroom, take-out, phone orders, catering...Not a huge selection, bit pricey, but healthy, tasty, well worth it...Shout-out to the great Irvine crew: Abid, Abbas, Alex, Juan, Irma, Jovani, Luz, Evelyn...Also locations in Long Beach, El Monte, Diamond Bar, Ximeno......

I absolutely love flame broiler; however, this flame broiler is awful & this is why...

No sauce condiments at all. You MUST ask for sauce. If your familiar with flame boiler they all have a sauce station. I asked if they were independently opened and the server said yes. Which means the owners of us are extremely cheap and frugal.

I had a coupon I received in the mail for flame broiler however they would not accept it because they are privately owened. This was absurd.

... bottom line; extreme cheap and frugal location. Do NOT come here if you truly enjoy...

Very disappointed!! We ordered Grub Hub tonight & I ordered 1 chicken bowl & 2 half & half bowls. You can clearly see on my receipt. Our driver asked the restaurant several times where the whole order was & they kept telling him it was only 1 bowl. They wouldn’t give him anything else. So he delivered our 1 bowl & apologized.
