DO NOT buy any tumblers here. Also, customer service is really sucks. Please read what I experienced yesterday. I bought 2 tumblers on this Monday one for me one for my boyfriend. He wanted to exchange to different one and I went there with no receipt. I told to worker that there’s no receipt, they could not process with any transaction. I can understand with no receipt but his attitude was really mean he even told me exactly like this when I told him i bought two tumblers to added money on my startbuck app and he scanned twice and he told me “this is not even match the price” in really rudely I was like what the heck obviously he supposed to tell me did you buy different tumblers or added drink when you order? Something like that because I ordered a drink with tumblers for my boyfriend. How he talks was really rude and very disrespectful seriously.
Also, right after that happened I remembered i left a receipt in my car and I found it so I went to that starbuck again and other worker called other worker was more funny thing that when I exchange a tumbler, i asked him for to check id there’s a new tumbler like in a box, and he could not understand what I meant so I almost yelled at him and he understand. He ki me even if that tumbler was on display, it is still a new one. And look at the picture that what I exchanged that I attached. It has multiple scratches Seriously? He did not even check a item was find and jst told me it’s good even if on display.i wanted to return this item but my boyfriend wanted to use it so I was so upset. that worker was really mean too I was really really disappointed because of these two guys.
When I was first buy two tumblers, the lady was really nice, but these two guys were really sucks how they are walking and attitudes to me. Closest starbucks is this place so I will keep going to ONLY buy a drink. I do not recommended that make any happening with them (like complains) they will do horrible customer service. Read moreI have been to countless Starbucks locations over the years, but I’ve never encountered such unprofessional and hostile treatment as I did this past weekend.
On Sunday, between 1-2 PM, I visited this location with my children and a family friend. We ordered drinks and politely requested an extra cup and lid to share, as one of the drinks had chunky ingredients requiring a wide straw. The barista handed us a small-opening lid that clearly didn’t fit, so I kindly asked for a wide-opening lid instead.
What happened next was appalling.
Instead of simply disposing of the lid, the barista angrily threw it into the trash — a clear act of frustration and disrespect. I was shocked but chose to overlook it at first. However, while we were seated inside (and we were the only customers in the store at the time), she continued to glare at us, shaking her head and whispering to another barista while looking in our direction.
We tried to ignore her behavior, but it didn’t stop.
Eventually, we decided to leave the store. My husband, clearly disturbed by her continued attitude, went back in to ask her name and why she had acted that way. Instead of answering, she told him he was making her feel threatened and demanded that he leave the store. She even threatened to call the police — over simply being asked about her unprofessional conduct.
And yes, she actually did call the police. Even the officers seemed baffled by the situation when they arrived.
We’ve already reported this incident to Starbucks corporate and requested that they review the store’s security footage — because everything we experienced can be clearly confirmed.
This location was completely out of line. If this is the level of service Starbucks allows in its stores, especially on a weekend with families and children, something is very wrong. We felt disrespected, humiliated, and unwelcome — all because we asked for a lid.

Especially during the recession and high gas prices and covid and more… circumstances of life has found us all in different hard positions in daily life. Mine especially has been very challenging. But I have endured a lot and jobs and pursuing my career. I have fell homeless many times throughout my life. I was a Uber driver earlier this year 2022 but lost it because I was almost human trafficking in my own job as a driver. This was reported. With all that said I have gone through a lot. With all that said I’m homeless and it’s hard around the holidays. The staff at this Starbucks has been so Amazing! I want to say “Elsie” and “Allie” and “Sage” and all has been so kind to me. It’s cold outside and not easy for a female on the streets. And I appreciate the kindness of everyone to me. Job hunting at Starbucks makes it nice. They give me my hot chocolate with espresso shots helps so much. Elsie was so kind to give me a sandwich and hot chocolate on her own number. This is Amazing. Also Allie hooked me up with a sandwich as well the next day. Safe was so sweet and kind to give me a hot chocolate. Starbucks, if only you can understand the magnitude of kindness of your employees and there dedication to caring about people goes beyond your business.
