Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Irvine

Wish I could give 0 stars. I attempted to order a large order of 15 dozen donuts on March 5 on their online ordering. It kept giving me an error message and wouldn’t go through. I tried this on multiple devices. I tried calling and no answer. I finally decided to order with a different company. They charged me the next day twice for this order totaling almost $700. I spoke with them and asked them to refund as I didn’t get the donuts and the employee said their system was having an issue and to call the Orange location because they couldn’t refund because they are too small of a store. Orange and Irvine sent me back and forth for over a month with no resolution just saying “Oh I have to call the other store”. Meanwhile I’m down $700 with nothing to show. Really poor customer service and at this point, will probably have to go to take them through the legal system. Horrible horrible service. Never order from this company.

We love krispy kreme but this place has the worst customer service. One time the asian middle age man at us yelled when we came to redeem the krispy kreme free dozen promo. I thought he just had a bad day with everyone coming to redeem the offer.

Today I came to redeem my classic assorted dozen reward. It was my fault for not realizing that it is a Classic not a custom one. So I already picked all the donuts and when the girl on the cashier (glasses, brown skin) found out, she was so annoyed and said it's supposed to be one each. (I got 7glazed and 5diff kind). My husband kindly asked if it's ok to change then, and she just banged the cashier machine, ripped the receipts, crumbled it, threw it on the bin,left the station and walked to the other side. With her very annoying face and pout lips. Honestly, if you really cant deal with very simple problem, please dont work in customer service field. I dont know what's going on with this branch to have 2employees with so much attitude.

Ordered for delivery through doordash and they decided to substitute my order to a mixed box in which I'm allergic to some of the ingredients and instead of me being able to select the item I want I was given only the option to cancel with no refund.
