Dropped in real quick to check out the ladies hats they had - struck out in the ladies department, but then scored a fun sparkly cap that I can use on the 4th of July!
Tried to find something for my hubby - either a new shirt or shorts - and struck out there. Since it's a mish-mash of a bunch of stuff, it's tough to find similar items in different sizes. So he would find a shirt he liked in a size too small for him, but then couldn't find another like it in his size.
That was the case for shoes too --- actually, shoes seemed worse. It's just a bunch of of designs, but usually just one - so if you need a bigger or smaller size of a show you try on, chances are you won't find another one like it. But if you do find something you like in your size, consider it a WIN since you can get some nice shoes at a very reasonable price. I do have to add that I was surprised to see the larger sized shoes, which can be extremely hard to find. My boys all have big feet - the largest being 16 1/2 - and we always had a heck of a time finding shoes for them.
Some of the paths are super tight and it just feels so cramped in the store - just so much stuff! I don't have a lot of patience going through the ladies clothes - but I do like to look at the purses, sunglasses, jewelry, and shoes.
And you can't forget about all the cool stuff to look at for that last impulse purchase while waiting in line at the register. Sometimes I wish the cashiers weren't so fast so that I can have more time to look at all the 'impulse' stuff!

Read moreThey don't know anything about custmer service. Their system was broken, and I got charged, but they couldn't send me recipes nor print out. A store clerk said it'll be on my card. However, they lost my record, deleted my card, lost paper receipt, etc. I needed any kind of "receipt".
They made me wait for 20 minutes with no explanation. In the end, one of the managers told me I didn't pay. I got charged on my account, but she said its pending and will go away. It happens many times at this store. She said. Then why don't you fixed it long time before, instead asking me to pay again?..
I asked the manager a "one" apology for making me wait for nothing, but wasted my valuable time. She said it's not her fault, no need to apology.
In the end, the manager of Sunday pick up the phone and threatened me that she will call security to get rid of me from store.
I got charged, I ask simply a recipe, and an apology then they need call security?
Really? Why store clerk can't apologize for wasting customer's time for their broken system?

I left the merchandise, and had wait for three days to see in my back, because of the weekend payment.
I literally charged. Had to go back to the store to get money back.
I was pissed, but the general manager just apologized and nothing.
If you want to treat like a payed customer, better to go to deferent store NOT in Tustin. I usually go to the stores in Laguna. I thankfully moved out from the neighborhood quick.

I was going to be buy a specific perfume for my mom on Mother's Day, but I found out too late that they only had available online, so I went to the rack to see if I could find something else. I had a pair of shoes in my hand when they announced that they were closed. I stood there debating whether I should get that for my mom or try to find something else the next day,, when one of the employees came and said: "Excuse me, we're closed' so I told her that I had heard, but she stood there looking at me, so I told her: " You don't need to repeat it, I heard the announcement, you're being rude" And she replied: "I'm not the one who's rude" At that point I was so upset that I put the shoe down and walked away.
