The hubby and I Love Mexican fiod and have always seen this place but never stopped in but we both asked Where in the heck has this place been and why has it not been in our restaurant go to spots. The staff is extremely Amazing and very Friendly. Always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was extremely Awesome. I will say it's about time we found a place that has rice and refried beans that has flavor. We both normally leave both of those items on our plate because of no flavor or the only flavor you get is a mouth full of salt. I had the crispy beef tacos now the only bad part of my dinner was the taco shells were not crispy and I ended up taking the filling out and eating it with the crispy chips and salsa...lol. The ground beef filling in my tacos had a lot of flavor...my husband ordered the soft beef fajita tacos and that meat was so super soft. Just one suggestion...it would be great if any Mexican restaurant would serve the chips and salsa warm (heat wise) it is always great that way. We will definitely be back and try other items on the menu. Thanks. So I'm adding a bit more to my review...So yesterday 09/18/2021 we visited for my hubbys 66th Birthday and we brought his Sister there for her first visit since we bragged about this place so much and she lives within walking distance. First the young man working there (Super Awesome nice like all the staff) ran and opened the door for us and found a table to accommodate for us since she was in a wheelchair and he had a rollator and I use a cane. Service was fast and the food was hot and AMAZING as usual. My sister in law feel in love with Arturos and they didn't disappoint. She said we would definitely be back and if she could she would be there everyday and wished they would deliver to her since she would be ordering everyday...LOL. New satisfied customer. My husband was happy to have spent his birthday in a great place with great...
Read moreOur family of 10 loves this place. We go there with my parents when they are in town as well & is one of their favorite places to eat. Food is good, staff is wonderfully warm & friendly and it feels like little mexico in a million good ways. My favorites are the chicken enchiladas and the enchiladas verdes. I've had almost everything in the menu though. I recommend starting with the queso, but pay the dollar more to get it "con carne" (you won't regret it) My kids always love the fiesta platter appetizer, the taco salads & the kid's plates with enchiladas. My husband's faves are the chile rellenos and the burritos. Only once in 5 years did I get something I didn't like-some of the chips in my basket were stale. They can seat large groups or just a couple of people. They not only tolerate families with kids, but bring spoons & extra napkins & ooh & ahhhhh over your babies. I've only ever had a slow or somewhat inattentive waitress or waiter a couple of times. This is our go to place when we crave simple, good mexican or Tex next type food at...
Read moreI've seen a lot of reviews about the service being good but it wasnt. The only waitress that looked like she knew what she was doing wasnt ours. There were only 2 other people in the resteraunt and 3 waitresses, but it still took almost 10 minutes for me to get a refill on a tea. The waitress was more interested in her coworkers than servicing the table. She didnt tell us the plates were hot, so we assumed they werent, and ended up getting a bad burn. She lied about one of the menu items when asked. She not only messed up my order, but when I tried to get her attention I was ignored. I finally got one of the other waitresses and she went to correct the problem only for our waitress (the negligent one) to argue and say I was lying. She was very rude and mostly ignored us and was very disrespectful when we asked for the tab. The place itself looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in weeks and the food...
