My family and I came to this restaurant to enjoy a good meal. However, when we got there we realize the buffet closes at four. That was our fault. We should’ve checked when it closed. That’s OK. When we got our food, a lot of us realized that it was either unseasoned or over seasoned. The waitress was extremely nice, and she had made the mistake of giving my sister the wrong order that was supposed to go to another table. This is our first time going to this restaurant and we didn’t know what each meal was supposed to look like so we didn’t realize it was the wrong order and my sister ate about half of it. Once the waitress another waiter (or manager, we don’t know) realized that my sister got the wrong order, he began to openly criticize the waitress in front of us, which made all of us uncomfortable. The waitress was very nice and apologized to us and said that she would pay for the wrong order and she would bring out my sister‘s original order. We felt bad so we gave the waitress enough money to cover the food; we basically paid for it so it didn’t come out of her paycheck. At this point we were already very uncomfortable, but my mom, who is sitting in view of the waiters and the kitchen, said that they were all staring at us and possibly talking about us. Eventually, we all finished our food, and when it came time for the bill, we realized that it was an excessive amount. We didn’t say anything but according to the amounts on the menu, the total would’ve only been about 130 for six people. However, the bill ended up being close to 180. We left the restaurant with a sour taste in our mouths, and are never going again. Horrible experience, but I ultimately just feel bad for...

This was a place that I have never tried before I had to go to my family member's house it barely moved to Irving Boulevard and I had to watch and so did she and it's around the corner I have to watch the period so I was hungry and while she was watching all of the five loads of clothes that she had I went to go eat however the atmosphere was pouring I try to pay with $100 bill and the lady said do you have anything smaller but with an attitude and I said no ma'am she says well you'll have to leave your credit card and go get something smaller because we're about to close and we don't have the money to change because they already took the largest but they already took the change or something like that so I said well my apologies I'm not done eating I said and if you'd like to get paid you take this money and you give me change so somebody came out of the restaurant I didn't understand what she was saying because she was speaking very fast so what I did was I left the food there and I asked her how much did I owe her she said nothing but the drink so I gave her $5 and I walked out this is the most observed place to go and eat I don't recommend anybody to go try food there unless you are a...

Went because my boyfriend is Salvadorean and we had heard the food was great! The food was okay, but we came in and the waitresses were not very welcoming, there were a bunch just standing around as i’m assuming most people go for the buffet. But the buffet was definitely overpriced and we were told it is also limited per person.(we were told 3 per person) Oh! And if you go in a group and some of the people in your group want to eat a la carte and others from the buffet you are also not allowed to sit together. (We were also told this) ….. THEN as we were eating i witnessed a few waitresses talking smack about the people eating there (sooo professional). To top it off as we were eating I watched a few waitresses walk up to the buffet and pick up food with their bare hands and eat from it multiple times. That did it for me, we ended up asking for the bill and my boyfriend kindly asked for a breakdown of the bill, to which the waitress answered with a smirk on her face not friendly at all. Didn’t check on us during the whole time, had empty drinks halfway through with no one to come ask if we needed anything. Do...

There were several girls standing around when I got there in the evening. This large restaurant was almost empty. After waiting by the hostess stand for a while I went up to them and asked if I could place an order. They were too busy gossiping and rudely told me to go to the counter. While I was waiting for my order, I went to check the buffet and most of the food looked like it had been there all day. Nothing looked appetizing at all. I took my order to go. I have to say that the popusas were very good but the $16 Lomo saltado was not good at all. They just browned some beef strips and added some very ripe tomatoes with probably salt and pepper over french fries. Nothing like a Lomo saltado should be. The popusas are $1.50 each which is good. I will not go back to this place mostly because of their lack of great customer service.

What a great place! It was our first time here, and we totally looked out of place! Lol! But we both love Salvadoran food, so we braved it and had a really good experience! We both had the buffet, and there were so many yummy dishes to pile on our plates. The place was packed, several tv screens had the soccer game, and the juke box was blasting full blast! Our server was so nice and helpful - she was busy with other customers but kept an eye on us in case we had questions or looked lost. Lol! She kept our drinks full. My buddy wasn't as adventurous as I was and he passed on some of the more "exotic" cuisine, which were simple staples for me! Lol! They have a big tank full of live lobsters, so next time I'll try something off the menu.

I came here one time before and had pupusas but they weren't great at all. I gave it another try today, because my mother came back from a trip and she was craving a soup. I was craving salvadorean breakfast, to say that the breakfast was the worst I ever had it's an understatement. I literally paid extra for Sour cream, wanted huevos rancheros and arroz curtido and it tasted disgusting, didn't even touch the rice, the eggs had a smell on them. Very disappointed, never in my life would I come back here.
