I changed my stars here again, because now everytime I go into a Kroger one register is open, and self-checkout is packed. So now you making customer do their own work in your store and your self checkout register are horrible. I go to this store, as it is close to my home🏡, and convenient for everything I need. I come here to shop for groceries I do pay attention to the weekly sales, and use my Kroger rewards🎁, to save money, and gain huge discounts$$$ everytime I shop here. This store is quite clean, and masks are not required, but recommended. There are NO temperature 🌡checks that are required for entering this establishment. This store has everything pet food🐕🐈, cheesecake🍰, huge variety of coffee☕, ice cream🍦, medicines💊, balloons🎈, umbrella's🌂, flower's💐, candy bags🍫 for 🎃 HALLOWEEN, fish🍣, Coinstar, 🏧ATM💵, Pharmacy⚕, makeup💄, plants🌱, alcohol🍺, bags of ice🧊, fresh fruits🍇, vegetables🥑 , and many gift cards for those quick gift ideas for games🎮, restaurants🏯, pizza🍕, and hamburgers 🍔 daily. Their are no protective dividers at cashiers registers, but credit cards💳 are accepted at this location, also their are already many Krogers🛒 that do have safety dividers🔲. The staff is considerably nice, when asked questions they have the knowledge of where their products are, and what isles. Their is handicapped parking♿, and also designated pick-up parking. This is a pretty busy store which is always good for business, and the neighborhood around this area is quite clean. Their are 🚺employee's🚹 that speak Spanish/English also, so don't be intimated to ask for help. The restrooms🚻 were clean🚽, and no shortage of toilet paper🧻. The parking lot 🚙, was filled (means business is steady), but this is a great place for families👨👩👧👦 to shop. Read moreA real shame about this location. I've been coming here for years and I used to enjoy the experience. Now it's a nightmare; I want to be clear: this is NOT the fault of the employees, they are always very pleasant and helpful. I'm blaming the management of the store (or I guess Kroger corporate) for ruthlessly jacking up their prices and offering absolutely nothing in return except for increasingly worse conditions in the store. I don't know where the extra profit goes (other than the pockets of whoever is at the top of the company) but it's definitely not going to staffing. Are they cheapskates or just completely ignorant of how many cashiers they need every day?! Either way, the checkout lines have become impossible, and more often than not they will have NO checkouts open at all and funnel dozens of irate customers into the self-checkout line. I'm not opposed to self-checkout machines for small, quick purchases, but you have to have regular checkouts open for big purchases, which this Kroger never ever seems to after 6 PM. Again, this is NOT a slam on the employees at Kroger, I know they are doing their best. When I brought the product back she asked me where is it damaged? I said ma'am look at the bottom. I went to get a new one, the same flavor wasn't in good condition. I had to choose another flavor . She said you got strawberry and I said yes it's the same price and brand.She said yes I know, but you changed it to strawberry. She asked me for my phone number I gave it to her then she said you went too fast so I repeated then she said she still didn't get it so I repeated four times and she said she still didn't get it . I said I repeated it four times so what is so hard about this exchange. I ask to speak to a manager. He didn't say a word nor introduced himself nor did he tell her to move while he take care of it.
