Utterly ridiculous. Very very poor service. Ordered take out, they said it would take an hour. We approached them after one hour the order was not ready and later after one and a half hour. If the order is not ready they could just say sorry and ask for a little more time, I heard the most ridiculous excuse for being late. One of them said there are other people waiting who came before us. If you cannot honor your committed time, the least you can do is to say sorry. Don’t make ridiculous excuses. We got our order finally, they took sweet two hours. The food was average at best. Screwed our Friday evening, left the guests unhappy too. Pretty disappointing.
