I had the most unpleasant experience in drive-thr this evening. My son wanted to add a junior dip birthday cake ice cream cone to our 5 single dip sunday's because of your birthday cake pictures in drive-thr. We patiently waited about 4 minutes trying to get the drive-thru employees attention while her and several other employees as well as the manager with the green apron and glasses horse around and just stood there not working. There were about 5 - 6 employees that have their back towards me which not one of them greeted me. As things were thrown around at each other many employees looking at their phone and not emphasizing attention on the customer drive-thru. I asked if I can add a BDAY cone? She told me no! I will have to go around to drive-thr again.
How does a fast food restaurant expect to be profitable when you are denying sells at the window? And now your forcefully making a disabled American get off the car and escalate with the manager inside? Why even market ice cream cones and sunday's pictures in drive-thru? It has customers to be tricked to wanting more but we can't order at the window? Wouldn't it be smart to ring up the customer and let them go? Or did the second window not have change or cannot take orders? Couldn't you have told through your headset the employee that's at the first window to place my order? Oh I forgot Brahms doesn't care!
The young manager who came up to me didn't seem like a manager. He was super young, in the back getting ready to go home. He didn't have a name tag, nor did he greet me with his name, nor did he apologize about the issue. But I didn't want to talk to him. I wanted to speak to the manager that was at drive-thru with the green apron in glasses because he witnessed the horse playing in drive-thru and he epically failed properly managing his team. Read more01/07/24 I have been going to this location for years, recently more often. Over the duration of the last few months the customer service has noticeably changed. I didn't complain as I know how hard it is to find good employees. Normaly, it costs me $25-$30 each time because I am feeding 3. I have experienced long waits, wrong orders, failure to correct the incorrect orders and failure to correct the order when they attempt to get it right. They give banasplits with the sides sticky, hand it to the driver to set in their car without regard to the mess it's going to make, you have to ask for a sack each time. These are just a few of the multiple issues I have had over and over again with this location. Today rocked the boat. So, here I am. A dinner box. Something this simple has created an unhappy customer. What are they worth? $.10-$.25 cents? That $.25 cents just caused some one that spends $200 a month at your store to never want to return.
I ordered a 6 piece chicken dinner with gravy. I was traveling today and needed the box so the I could have the gravy and ketchup in the dinner box for my granddaughter and I to share. I was told that I could not have one for inventory purposes. I went in and asked to speak to a manager. The same guy said he was the manager and still refused to give me a box. I offered to to pay for the box. He still refused. Here is the kicker, I've ordered enough to know, that if I order the 4 piece chicken, it comes in a box. So what was the difference and was that box really worth losing a customer and a bad review? I've already two people, my grandaughter has already told two people and my daughter has told two people. Read moreI went inside to purchase 2 Greek yogurts. I waited about 15 minutes and the worker Carina was coming on shift and reached over to press the bell for someone to assist me. Worker Mia, finally came and did not apologize for leaving me at the register. She rang my 2 items and didn't even tell me my total. She started talking to her coworker, Carina. I had to look at the register for my total. I paid via debit card and reached my hand out to get my receipt and she bypassed my hand and put it in the bag and immediately started ringing up the customer behind me. She even greeted him. I got upset and asked for a refund. Before she responded to me she finished ringing up the other customer and told him to have a Blessed day. I was upset and voiced how poor the customer service was as I waited for the manager so i even asked for coporates number. Mia said the manager is coming and you will get your refund and corporates number. I voiced that her attitude was very poor while on the phone telling my mother what happened. Carina inserted herself in the issue telling me that I don't know Mias life and what I should and not say. I responded that I was not talking to her. 2 more other workers came and told them to ignore me and let me talk. I will never visit this location again.
