This Burger King is on a downward spiral in terms of service and quality, and I don't see it getting any better. If this is a franchise, whomever the owner is should give it up and let someone take over that has experience and build this place back up. First off, service is terrible!! Incorrect orders, no attention to detail when someone is placing their order, majority of the time this restaurant is allllllll-ways out of something. No sodas, no condiments, and it's always the same thing..."Sorry, we're out of this", "Sorry we're out of that", "Sorry for the wait." I mean, REALLY!!!!! They should be saying, "Sorry for being so sorry!" I gave it 2 stars because at least the food is hot and fresh, but out of the number of times I have been to this location, my order is at best 90% correct. I have ALWAYS had to go back in after using the drive-thru because the order was incorrect. All they do is shove your order in the bag to get you out of the way as quickly as possible to keep their drive-thru timer quota. And who likes to eat a sandwich where the condiments are constantly dripping out of the sandwich???? They place enough ketchup, mustard, mayo, and whatever else on the burger to place on 3 sandwiches. Just a big glob of everything is in the middle of the sandwich. Since when do you place lettuce on a steamy, hot burger???? That only makes it soggy and unpleasant to eat wet lettuce.
The inside is questionable because the times I have been inside, the drink station is messy, tables aren't clean, floor needs to be mopped, and apparently no one is concerned about whether or not someone is going to take care of the issue or not. I refuse to go back to this location until they have made improvements. The Burger King located off Hwy. 183 west and Storey Road near the Whataburger at least have items in stock, but need to straighten up their act as well with customer service. Burger King could put itself back on the map like it use to be, but the quality has slowly but surely dropped off and nobody seems to care. Truly embarrassing!
P.S. And the phone number listed for this place does not work either. They must truly know the service here stinks and hate...
Read moreWell, where do I start? We pulled up at Burger King at about 9:15 pm on Sunday night and we could see about 9-12 people eating in the dining area. A female employee was standing with the dining room door open and let a customer in as we were getting out of our car. My husband went ahead to the door, but it was locked. There were 2 guys standing inside leaning up against the counter where you order and pay. One of them was the customer the female employee had just let in. The other was dressed in Burger King attire and the other was not. The guy NOT wearing burger kind attire told my husband that the inside of Burger King was closed, by waiving his hand across his throat as if someone was cutting his throat. Like a cut throat. (Weird if that's the new way you tell people you are closed). The EMPLOYEE didn't even speak up and say anything. My husband didn't want to make a big deal about it so we all loaded back in the car. My husband ran back up to the building before getting in the car to check their hours on the building. It clearly says "Sunday dining room hours 6am to 10pm." I then looked up their number online and called it, hoping to speak with a manager. But the number for his location online, HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. We then drove around to the drive thru to speak with someone about why they were closed early, since we couldn't speak to anyone. Once we get to the window, my husband asked why the dining room was closed because it says y'all are open till 10. The lady at the window said "we closing early today." As if we couldn't tell that, that's the whole reason we were going through this mess in the first place. My husband said "why are y'all closing early if it says 10?" She yelled you can speak with my manager. My husband said "I will call and speak with a district manager" and she yelled rudely "that's fine!" This is by far the worst I have EVER been treated. I will not return to this location even though it is the closet to my house! I hope a manager or someone above the manager at this location can reach out to me and explain to me why myself and my family were treated...
Read moreMy son goes through the drive-thru about 1018pm on 8/2/19 and should have listened to that 1st voice we here when something is off. The young lady that took the order was borderline rude and abrupt and rushed our order and we asked for a large combo but the screen said small and she said don't worry about that, that it's a large. Okayyyyy....get to the window and told to pull up to the front and the food would be out. We were the ONLY customers in the drive-thru and the inside. Okayyyy....we pull up and about 15 minutes later we see a Spanish guy come out and hand a bag to a car that had just pulled up maybe 2 minutes before so, now we're like noooo. We get out and the Spanish guy says he's sorry he gave our food to the other car and will make a fresh order. About a total of 30 minutes later I get out and go to the locked door and the same little rude young lady at the drive-thru comes with bags for a car that came AFTER us and says "we're fixing your order and we didn't have any food." The "mananger"Amanda Lopez then comes with a lack luster attitude and says they will get started on the order right now and I said well may I get my $ back and get the order since its been like 30 minutes and my food was given away and there's still no order? She says "I can't do both. Do you want the order or your money back?" No feelings, no sense of responsibility, urgency, or ownership. Burger King THIS is why you all will never be back in the top even 5 burger places. Hiring people that could care less...
