This place has some serious issues. Morning breakfast run and in the drive thru, l was given my food and asked to pull forward and was told they would bring out the rest of my order. I didn't even know at the time what was missing from the order. I paid and pulled forward as l was asked to do. After 15 minutes and nothing happening l started checking my sacks of food to see what was missing and found out all was there except for three coffees' that come with the order. I continue to wait another 10 minutes and finally an employee is coming to my car but only has 1 coffee instead of 3. I told him l had ordered 3 and he said it was being prepared at that time and said he didn't know what was taking so long and he was a new . employee. By now it's been about 30 minutes and still nothing more. The young man was told to bring some cream and sugar and had not been back yet. I see him coming to the car again with two more coffee's and no cup carrier or sugar and creamer. I told him my food was already cold and l was very angry about waiting almost 40 minutes and 6 to 7 cars had been thru behind me. The whole incident was unbelievable and totally bad business. No manager could have been there and let that happen right??? It was a nightmare for sure and l went home with cold food cuz there was no offer to refix the order or even an appology. I have never had this happen to me in any drive thru and hopefully it doesn't happen again..what place offers breakfast all the time 24 / 7. and can't have 3 coffee's quicker than 40 minutes???? Read moreI have been going to this Jack in the box since I moved to Irving.. 1st time, quality of food was unpleasant, cold burger, stale tacos and old lettuce, I submitted a review that day.. since then food quality has improved.. well evening food was... today I decide to order breakfast... there was egg shell in my extreme sausage sandwich... thought I was maybe imagining it.. but then my child finds eggshell in his breakfast Jack.. spits it out and shows me, there is also hair in the egg.. looks like an eyelash... I called and the phone rang forever until someone picked up and hung up.. so I called again.. Hispanic lady answers and I tell her what happened.. let her know I'm a frequent customer in evenings and never had this issue... she apologized and said if I go they will replace my meal.. I said and take risk of finding egg shell in my sandwich again no thanks.. just let your cook know that kind of carelessness is unacceptable if they don't care and don't want to be there go home and find someone else to actually cook food right vs throw it together with out a care of how it comes out.. pissed me...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst service I've ever received anywhere in a drive thru. I wanted to give this place a try because I've never had Jack in the Box before. So waited in line , and waited in line and waited......... I was only 3 cars back when I got there. However after placing my order it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. While any other time I would have just drove off , I didn't want McDonald's and the other places close where closing soon so I stuck it out. When I finally reached the window and said something about the wait the lady that took my money and brought me my order acted as if she could care less. When I asked for my receipt , because I wanted proof of the time it took , she told me " oh the paper must be stuck because it won't print out " I should have just said I need my receipt for my company although I paid cash. I will never come here again. I might , and I mean MIGHT , give a different location a chance to redeem this food chain. If they are all like this I have no idea how they are still...
