Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Irving

Managment should be ashamed of themselves! We went through the drivethru. We were trying to figure out the app and the free blizzard. The intercom was about 2% functioning. The young girl was of no help due to the intercon and management. When a car came behind us we looped around so that we didn't keep them from being able to order. The second attempt I was able to redeem the blizzard but once again the girl on the other side of the speaker was clueless. So I decided to pull up and speak to her face to face so no more time was wasted. I ran a very high dollar DQ and a car pulling to the window would be a problem if cars were lined up and timing and rythym was imperative. That day was not a high volume day and we were the only vehicle in the drive thru so there should of been no problem at all. When we get to the window we're greeted with a very aggressive woman telling us to go back to the intercom and it was so rude of us to come to the window. I sat in shock at first u till I realized she was continuing to freak out on me. I explained the box wasn't working and if she had done her daily and hourly checks she would of known that. She refused to give me the franchise name or the other manager that she said would of freaked out more. Maybe I was being punked or something and Aston Kutcher was taking the day off or maybe the manager and I read eachother wrong and she was in protective mode for drive thru employee. I was a big ball of stress when i held my final District Mananger position for DQ so i can relate if it was stress that caused her to see me as an easy target. Whatever the situation it was totally Inappropriate, unprofessional and honestly it ruined the great day we were having. In the end I never got the blizzard that was redeemed with no option of unredeming it and our shopping trip...

Good afternoon everyone. Today is a brand new day for us all. But I have to thank God for blessing me the live to see a brand new day. And I'm able to tell you how my experience at Dairy Queen. I can't help myself on this one personally I have always love Dairy Queen ice cream especially the dipped in chocolate. Sometime I go and get a dipped in cone and ask them to see if they can dip it at least two times. But at this time I was in the drive thru I had all those special and our Special came with the dipped in chocolate bar. They keep it in the freezer that was my first time trying this one out it was just as good as the dipped in cone. If I was a school teacher and I had to grade I will give this one A+. What made it even so right at at the drive-thru the young man was so polite he listen to me he read my all the back to me and did everything on point. The customer service was excellent. The quality of the food was spectacular. The temperature of the food was terrific. This made my second time visiting this Dairy Queen so I want to make sure that this is the right one that I am trying to let the public know I know it is in Irving just before you get to the mall I know it's on the service road. I apologize I'm not too familiar this was my second visit. If you one of many people on this Earth and you love chocolate the way I do sometime please try a dipped in cone and you cannot go wrong from Dairy Queen please and let me know. To all the hard workers that has satisfy meaning thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for the excellent customer service and may God continue on blessing this company. Wanted to give props to this Dairy Queen location. My hubby and I Love DQ and decided to stop in today...I got my usual the tacos which are super Awesome as usual...I prefer DQ tacos to ANY other tacos thats how good they are. The crew at this location was really nice. Our cashier was really nice and polite and made sure we had everything we needed and did not hesitate to make sure they put cheese on my hubbys burger when it was accidentally forgotten. Now that brings me to my hubbys meal...he got the BeltBuster combo...I really should have ordered it after tasting his...OMG was it ever Awesome...it was hot and soooo juicy and to us if the wrapper has some grease on it and juices run down your hand you know it is a great burger...a big shout out to who ever our cook was and they need to keep them all...the hubby and I both commented that we should have order another beltbuster for me and a triple for him for dinner. We both was not impressed with the fries though but thats ok the burger more than made up for it. This location is open for dine in which we were happy about. It was very clean inside and is definitely set up for social distancing. Thanks to the whole team at this DQ location.

Just a side note...we did go back 2 days later and we both ordered the BeltBusters (Sorry Tacos...not this time around for me...LOL) and even when we got home they were both still very hot and juicy...Thanks again for the great service and VERY...
