Edit! There is a space for Accessible Parking to the left of the entry as you're facing it. My apologies - I added the fifth star and removed my comments on that. I will say, though, consider another one perhaps and/or expanding parking for more standard spaces and then a few more more Accessible Parking spaces.
First, if you're heading SE on Irving Blvd and turn off at Roger Williams, EXPECT PEOPLE TO IGNORE THE STOP SIGNS. Nearly every time I've turned off of Irving to head any of those three directions, they don't seem to know that you don't have a stop sign and they do. Be careful there because right of way will be ignored. Yes, I double checked and there is no signage indicating a stop of any kind off of Irving Blvd - it's a three way stop with crossing traffic.
So be careful there :)
Also, we managed to miss the front parking from the service road (don't ask me-I have no idea how I missed it :P ). It looks like front parking. It isn't. The door there is blocked and you go around to the left to enter, but for the most part it is well marked.

We had a decent and uneventful experience. I wish I could remember the fellow who helped us-I do remember him having some pretty good ink. Some of the other tattoos he wants to add are amazing. Maybe ask him when you see him.
He was polite and efficient, helped us gather up the items we ordered ahead, helped us out to our vehicle and helped us load them.
All in all, a good experience, I'd say. What should be normal...

Pick up was terribly organized and took forever (in extremely cold weather plus dark unlit area of lot so extremely difficult to do inspection, etc. they do reuse pics of trucks and not current ones apparent by clean truck in photos and extremely muddy truck we picked up. i ordered a dolly for the move due to heavy appliances and furniture… there was no dolly in truck at pick up and customer service not helpful or apologetic fir all the issues. we delayed our move to return during building hours only to find out they have no dollies…associate again not helpful or apologetic said i wasnt charged for a dolly that it was removed from contract at 5am (we picked up truck at 12:30am) but i was still charged and there is no refund let alone a credit atleast for all the issues and delays in our move and now we need to go buy a dolly . had issues with this location a year ago also but nothing like this. i'll rent or hire someone else from now on if they cant reach out and make this right.    Read moreWhen I arrived to pick up my rental and my appliance dolly I made a reservation about 4 days before my pick up date and never received a call that they wouldn’t have any appliance dolly due to them not even having them on the premises to even offer so that was an inconvenience. When I got the keys to my uhaul there was a horrible odor in the cabin like dog pee and wet dog, which means they are not even cleaning the trucks. Then I put over the amount of gas in the truck and couldn’t get a discount or reimbursed for the extra gas that was purchased. I also didn’t even use all the miles I requested in the contract and they only gave back a few cents per what the receipt says and it still hasn’t showed the difference in my bank account. They were not very helpful with relying all this information. I honestly wished I didn’t use uhaul again because even my pervious experience with uhaul my truck broke down in the middle of the interstate while I was moving from state to state and that’s unsafe.
