Three of us had scheduled passport appointments. Our appointments were at 8:30am and they had a line already. I stood in line just to double-check if I needed to check in. The wait wasn't that long. I was glad we got Danielle as the one to be helping at the counter. She was the BEST! She was so friendly! She was super patient, easy to talk to, and friendly! She checked our paperwork, scanned our docs, explained to us in detail, got our money orders to pay, and took our pics. She made us feel welcomed. Thank you for helping us with our process, Danielle. Many blessings to you on your pregnancy.
The other lady at the counter was really nice as well. I could hear her talking and was friendly helping customers.
I hope everyone can have the same experience at this location and put in great reviews. My family and I has never had issues with this location with all my Poshmark and eBay mailing packages as well. So, honestly, doing our passport just solidified that this place is really awesome.
Helpful tip to those getting passports done: schedule your appointment online, fill out your application online and print it, and bring the forms you need for identification.

Read moreI don't leave the post office happy. I don't show up happy. I show up expecting nothing, so I don't leave disappointed. Years of OTHER post office experiences built this. I will further admit that I am hard to please because I desire people to strive for excellence in all they do, especially their work. However, this is not about me it is about the Post Office.
This one is not like the other post offices. I have been 5 times in the last 2 weeks, and I have had no negative experiences. The staff knew what they were doing, even the newbie. They work together as a good team, they are courteous even if they don't look courteous, and they take care of bussiness. This is the only one where I was actually greeted while waiting.
I should've gotten names for the survey, but everyone on duty 6.18.24, was fantastic. They make it feel less like a bureaucratic nightmare and more like a part of the community.

Read moreThe usps attendant that attended to me acted as if usps could not print a label to ship my box. She said I had to write the information on the box. I ended up doing that as she said I had to do, and then she printed out a label (not showing the complete address I provided) and tried to put that label over the address info she made me write out on the box. Nonsensical. I also overheard another attendant treating a non-English speaking customer really poorly. I don’t know what is going on with USPS workers or where they hire these people from, but there definitely needs to be a complete overhaul. I work in professional services and interface with customers all the time. It’s not easy all the time, but I know there is still a level of professional decorum I need to maintain in a work environment.
