I went here this morning for a loaded breakfast sandwich combo and 10 mini churros. The drive thru girl only put 5 on the screen and I corrected her. When I pulled up to the window, she told me they didn't have any churros after she charged my card. She gave me the cash difference. Then, I pulled away but was still in the lot sorting some paperwork and eating the hash brown I opened my sandwich to see a breakfast jack. I went back through the drive thru and informed her that it was incorrect. She told me they don't have that one anymore. I asked why she didn't just say that when I ordered. She then changed her story to I didn't say loaded breakfast sandwich. I told her yes I did because that is the only one I really like. She argued no basically calling me a liar. Frustrated, I asked for my money back. She took back the lemonade and asked for the hashbrown. I told her I had eaten it before I saw the mistake. She gave me only $3 back and deducted the hashbrown. I told her that wasn't good customer service since she is the one who messed up the whole order and asked for the full amount or at least a receipt so I could have proof of the transaction . She refused and wanted to call the police (mind you this is the drive thru and I am not threatening her) I went ahead and left. I called back using the store number to talk to a manager. I was informed that the person was not on duty. I asked to speak with the next person in charge. I was left on hold 10min. Then when I tried to call back I was not even answered. Read moreWORST experience I’ve ever received. Rude, unprofessional and un trusted people working here. Not even the manager did anything To fix the problem. I changed my mind about something I didn’t want so I asked the employee if he could removed it and straight up said he couldn’t and was not giving me a reason. He was basically telling me I had to buy them even if I didn’t want to. He then said he couldn’t remove it because the manager was not there. The manager was in the back, i could see her. I said it wasn’t my problem so he shut the window on me and the card he needed was besides him. Asked him for his name and he kept ignoring me. Asked for my receipt since he didn’t give it to me and he refused since he knows his name is there. He took a while in the back and I didn’t let my kids eat their food because I didn’t trust the boy. The manager could hear us arguing because, she was in the back, but she was near the window and she didn’t do anything. Never got my receipt or his name. Somehow I was able to get his name later, turned out that he was having a bad day. Read moreI went through the drive through very disrespectful guys. I ordered multiple tacos.. Yes multiple tacos. One of the guy asks me would you like sauce. I answer yes.. I pull over to quicktrip gas stations next to jack. I start eating and realize I have 1 sauce. only 1 sauce .. Then I start thinking and remember that those clowns purposely put just 1 sauce. This was no accident.. its was purposely done. Its just at the time I didnt think of much since im a business man I had other worries more importantly. I go back inside and get more sauce and one of the guys is laughing saying "it was me" .. I want those 2 guys fired ASAP!.. I have tried calling the number and it dont work. Tomorrow I will be there to speak to management.. If management dont fire these guys.. My next step will be to reach out to higher management... then corporate of course.. I dont ever want to eat in that restaurant with those clowns. They the type of people to probably spit on your food. Listen we are human ,who wants to be treated...
